I didn't mention that in the last book because...
"Camila, why have you been so stuck to your phone lately?" My mother asked, making me look up from the device.
"I told you it's nothing," I said, hoping she would drop the subject.
"I don't believe you, but Roger wants to talk to you about something," she said, patting my shoulder before she sat down.
"Where is he?" I asked, putting my phone away.
"Right here," I heard him say from behind me as he walked into the room.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Alright, I have good news," he said, clasping his hands together in excitement.
"I got you a spot on the latest Guess campaign. You're going to be the new face of Guess!"
My eyes widened and a smile broke out on my face.
"Really?" I asked, standing up to give him a hug.
"Yes! Are you excited?" He asked with a smile.
"I'm so excited! I'm going to be a Guess girl," I said to my mom, who was smiling at me.
"You have a shoot later this week with a male model named Alessandro Dellisola. He's worked with Guess a lot so he's perfect for this shoot," Roger explained.
"Also, there's one more favor to ask here..."
"What is it?" I asked, skeptical about the way Roger brought it up.
"This shoot is going to have a lot of PDA. There will be a lot of shots where it looks like you two are dating. Alessandro's team asked that you don't deny it so that people become even more interested in the campaign," Roger said, making my stomach drop.
"You want us to have a PR relationship?"
"Not necessarily. You don't have to confirm anything, but don't deny it either. Just let people assume," Roger said. "So don't tell anyone that it's not a real relationship."
My mind immediately went to Y/n.
What happens when people start to assume and she sees all of the photos?
She's going to assume too.
"I can't tell anyone?" I asked Roger.
"I think it's best if you don't. This conversation can't leave this room," he told me. "I'll send you all of the shoot information later."
Y/ln🌹: Where'd you go? You disappeared on me☹️
Cabello💓: I'm still here. Roger had to tell me something.
"Camila, look at this photo your father just sent me," my mother said, smiling and showing me a baby picture of myself.
"Aww. Send me that I want to post it."
When she sent me the photo I quickly captioned it and posted it on Instagram.
Y/ln🌹: YOU WERE THE CUTEST KID OMG
I laughed at the message.
Cabello💓: You saw it already? 😂
Y/ln🌹: Well, duh. I have on your post notifs.
Y/ln🌹: I also now have a new lock screen.
Cabello💓: Don't you dare
Y/ln🌹: Too late.
