Camila's POV
"Y/n?" I called out, walking back into the suite after going out to pick us up something to eat.
We had landed in Chicago this morning and since the festival didn't start until tomorrow we had a little down time.
I placed the bags of food on the counter of the small kitchen before walking towards our bedroom.
"Bebé?" I said, rather confused when I heard the door of the bathroom close quickly.
I slowly walked over to the bathroom, hearing heavy breathing and sniffling.
"Y/n?" I asked, knocking on the door lightly.
"Just a second," she said, and I could tell she was struggling to keep her voice from shaking.
Moments later the door creaked open and Y/n was trying to keep her head down so I wouldn't see her face.
"Babygirl..." I trailed off, tilting her chin up so she would look at me.
"What's wrong?" I asked as I cupped her face, rubbing the pads of my thumbs soothingly across her cheeks.
"It's stupid," she said, her lip trembling as she tried to stop her tears from falling.
"It's not stupid if it's making you cry," I told her, leading her to the bed and letting her snuggle into my side.
I let her calm down for as long as she needed, combing my fingers through her hair.
"You know that photo you posted on Instagram earlier?" She spoke up.
"Yea, what about it?" I asked her softly.
"Did you read the comments?"
"Did YOU read the comments?" I asked back, sighing when she nodded.
"Everyone is calling me out about how I was just with Lauren and now I'm with you," she mumbled.
"Y/n, they don't know what happened, and they have no business in our relationship. You can't let them get to you," I told the smaller girl.
"You never felt like a rebound right?" She asked suddenly.
"Not for a second," I assured her.
"Good, because that's the last thing you are to me," she said, kissing me gently.
"I love you," I told her. "I don't care what anyone else has to say about it."
"I love you too."
