Adopted by the Why Don't We boys

Wait!

I hit the purchase button and immediately regretted it. They are going to hate seeing me! I got Limelight too, so I'm going to reunite with them, oh geez. And in two week?! I don't even have an apartment yet, I'm in some big trouble. I got off the train and headed to a hotel, I got a room and immediately passed out on the bed, I'm so tired. The next morning I woke up and got ready. I was going to find a job today, if I liked it or not. I headed out of the hotel, first I tried Starbucks, they weren't hiring. Next I tried Target, not them either. I started thinking, do I really want to work in a store? I remember how TRL was hiring assistants to help celebrities when they came onto stage and stuff. I walked into the building and asked for a application form, the lady gave it to me and said I would be interviewed in a couple of minutes. A couple minutes later a lady called my name and led me to a room with 3 men in it. They asked about business stuff and blah blah blah.
"We will call you tomorrow if you got the job, thank you." One of the men said
"Ok thank you" I said and walked out of the building. About 5 hours later I got a call from TRL. I picked it up and said:
"Hello?"
"Yes hi, am I talking to Gracie Besson." (Yes I still went by that name, they were a big part of my life and taking 'Besson' out of it would make me feel like I forgot about them)
"Yes you are." I said
"Oh good, I wanted to let you know you got the job."
"Oh great , thank you! I thought you were going to call tomorrow?"
"We were, but one of our celebrity guests put in a word, so I guess you must be good."
"Thank you so much, do you know what celebrity put in a word for me?"
"They asked to remain anonymous, but I'll see you tomorrow morning, 8 am."
"See you tomorrow, thanks again, and by the way who will I be assisting tomorrow?"
" Brendan Urie from Panic! At The Disco."
"The Brendan Urie."
"Yes"
"Can you give me a second?"
"Uh sure." "I put the phone on mute and screamed and jumped up and down.
"Thanks, see you tomorrow, 8 am."
"See you tomorrow Gracie!"
I hung up and jumped up and down again, I then realized I was being stared at so I stopped and walked away. I headed to the hotel and grabbed some dinner on the way. I then went apartment hunting after dinner and I found a cute little apartment that I really liked. I went to the front desk and asked to but the apartment. I signed a lot of papers and then did all that business stuff. (A/N: I know that's not how you buy an apartment but I don't feel like writing all of that stuff lol)
I went to the hotel and packed up my stuff, I checked out and went to the apartment. I start unpacking all my things and I found my box of all my stuff I didn't want Ryan to find. I opened it and smiled, I pulled out my Why Dont We poster first. I smiled at it as I hung it up in my apartment. I then found a couple of other stuff and then I found my lock box. I opened it forgetting what I put in it a while ago. I saw it staring back at me, my Zach necklace. I wish Ryan wouldn't have ruined my life, Zach is now clearly happy with another girl. I miss him, and the other boys, and the girls, and Logan, Ugh!
But then I remember I'm going to have to face seeing them in about a week. My stomach started to feel weird but I just put some music on and remembered I'm meeting Brenden Urie tomorrow. I finished unpacking and went to bed. The next morning I woke up and got ready, I wanted to look good for first impressions, so I did my makeup, which I rarely do. I headed out the door and jumped on a subway, I got off and went into TRL. I went to where I had to pick up my head set and directions paper for the day. I was called in to go outside to get Brenden Urie, my heart started racing, I was so nervous. I went outside and saw a car pull up, and out stepped.......oh no. I walked back inside out of fear and pulled another person outside.
"Take care of them, I'll be right back." I said to the other worker standing there
Oh no no no, I wasn't prepared for this, they tricked me, I walked into my bosses office.
"You found out didn't you?" He said
"I thought I was supposed to direct Brenden Urie?"
" If I told you who you actually had, you wouldn't have did it."
"And I won't , I'm not ready for them yet."
"Hey, you got this, they know your here, they are excited to see you. And plus you have to because it's your job."
"They probably don't want to see me, I haven't seen them in 8 months."
"Just go, they might not even recognize you ."
"Ok"
I walked out of the room and started to their dressing room. I felt like I to throw up, I made it to the door way when I cracked the door open so they couldn't see me.
" you guys have to be on stage in a hour." I said
"Ok, thank you." Jonah said, not recognizing me, thank God
I turned around in relief and bumped into someone. We both fell to the ground and I sat straight up, he was rubbing his head as I recognized who he was.
"Shoot" I whispered
"Sorry miss" Daniel said
"Uh no problem" I said getting up and walking quickly away
"Wait!" Daniel yelled down the hall to me
I made a wincing face to myself as I turned around
"Can you get us some water please?"
"Uh Yeah"
"Thank you"
Did they really forget me? I said to myself. I didn't want them to recognize me, but now I'm hurt they didn't. I mean, I lived with them for 7 months! I really wanted to know if they forgot me, so I decided to get the water myself. I got the water and headed back to the room, I opened the door and they were all on their phones. I put the waters on the table.
"Thank you" Corbyn said not looking up from his phone
"No one appreciates my work!" I said jokingly waiting for one of them to look up.
I saw Corbyn's had shoot up from his phone. I could tell he recognized me.
"OH MY GOD!" He said jumping up and onto to me.
I laughed as the others still didn't know what was going on because Corbyn was on top of me. Corbyn got up and pulled me up. As the boys recognized me they all got up and jumped on me, I was on the floor once again. After they let go Corbyn said:
"We thought you were dead."
"Why did you lose contact with us?" Jack said
"Well Ryan took my phone and deleted al your numbers and social media."
"Oh" Daniel said
I explained my last 8 months to them and they explained there's, except Zach and I didn't talk to each other at all. He just looked at me sad. I checked my watch and said:
"You guys have 15 minutes."
"Ok" they said
Zach then got up and pulled me outside.
"Look Gracie, I guess you saw me with a girl when you checked social media again." I just want to explain that- "
I cut him off by saying " It's ok, I get it, I couldn't keep contact with you and you didn't know why. It's ok you moved on, I get it. Just know you will alw-"
I got cut off by his lips touching mine, what the hell? I gave in and we kissed for a couple seconds.
"What? No, you have a girl friend Zach."
"It's not like that, see."
He showed me his keys and he still had the chain that said Gracie.
"Then what is it Zach?"
"Im forced to date her Gracie. For publicity, I still love you, and only you."
"I-I Love you too Zach", pulling out my necklace from my purse. He smiled when he realized I still had it.
"We can't be together though." I said
"Why not?"
"You have a girlfriend!"
"I can break up with her!"
"You would really do that, for me?"
"Of course I would."
I then kissed him again and we went back in the room. He called the girl and explained everything to her, he said she understood and that she didn't love him either. I put my necklace on and showed the boys to their position. The interview was over and the boys came back to their dressing room where I was waiting.
"So what now?" Jonah said
"What do you mean?" I said
"Come live with us again Gracie." Corbyn said
"Oh..... I can't." I said
"What? Why not?" Jack said
"I have an apartment here, and a job."
"Leave it all behind!" Corbyn said
"I still need a job!"
"Be our assistant." Daniel said
" Seriously?" I said with attitude
"Seriously." Daniel said back
"I- I don't know."
" Think about it. We will be here all week, we have shows this weekend if you want to come. If your in, meet us at this address 9 am Monday morning, if you don't show up, we will understand." Jonah said
"Ok"
They grabbed their things and headed out with their body guards.
"Oh and Gracie." Jonah said turning back to me
"Yeah?"
"Come to dinner with us tonight, at that pizza place down the street."
"Ok Uncle J."
He smiled and winked at me as he met up with the others. I finished the work day and met up with them at dinner. We laughed and talked all night at the pizza place, I forgot how much I really did miss the idiots. They told all about their new album coming out and all about tour.
"You don't have to pay for show tickets, we can get you in for free." Corbyn said
"Wish I knew that before." I said
"Why?" He said
"I already paid to come see you idiots."
"Oh so from what I'm hearing, you missed us idiots." Jack said
"I your dreams." I said rolling my eyes
"We can get you a refund too." Daniel said punching Jack in the arm
Zach and I were holding hands when I said:
"Still over protective......dad?"
"You still call me dad huh?"
"Oh just answer the question.....Corbs"
"No, and not gonna lie, I kinda like Corbs better then dad."
"Then Corbs it is"
After we were done they headed back to the hotel and I went to my apartment. The rest of the week I worked and on the weekend I went to the boys shows. I loved seeing them perform, I made my decision on if I was going with them. Fans were so excited to see me back with them and I met with them all night. They are so nice, and they are clearly devoted to the boys. Some of them were crying and one even fainted, I giggled thinking about it because to me they were only five idiotic boys who are overprotective. But to the limelights, they are their whole world. After the show the boys gave me a long hug and good bye, because they didn't know if they would see me again. I went home and went to bed and the next morning
I got up with knowing my decision .....I'm ........
