So I was just scrolling through IG and checking out a bunch of random posts about my fandoms, when all of a sudden, someone posted an article about Spider-Man: Far From Home, which if you didn't know, is actually the title of the movie sequel which Tom Holland accidentally revealed. And guess what the post said? MICHELLE WAS MORE THAN A FRIEND OF PETER'S!!! Now, this could just mean that they're really good friends, BUT given the fact that the first movie was already hinting at Spideychelle being a thing, especially considering that Michelle constantly stares at Peter and is 'observant' of him, this is more likely to mean that Spideychelle will actually be canon. And I was SOOOO happy and proud that it was happening. I've been shipping Spideychelle since the trailer came out lol. I really thought it would be Peter and Michelle from the very start, but I guess it takes time for two people to actually get together, right? And I'm kinda glad that the writers of the new Spider-Man didn't do the whole 'Peter gets a crush on someone popular and crush likes back' type of romance, because don't get me wrong, I LOVED Tobey and Andrew's Spider-Man movies and the romance in their versions, but it was really great to see that the type of romance in the Tom's Spider-Man turned out differently and was sort of least expected to some people. It's most likely Michelle who always had feelings for Peter, and he probably developed feelings for her as well. I AM SO EXCITED FOR FAR FROM HOME TO COME OUT!
