Quirk: With the condition of having to be in a meter range of his taget[s] for 5min straight before activation, he can control the movement of a maximum of 4 people at a time, within a 10m range by commanding them telepathically (commands through the brain). However, this is enhanced by the elixir that is injected into the target's bloodstream to travel to the brain.
Without the elixir, he can control their movements only within a 10m range and hold his quirk for around 40min each day (10min for each person or 40min for a person).
Whereas, with the elixir, he can control people from a 30m-45m range for around 60min-80min a day. Maybe even more if the target was injected with a greater amount of elixir and survives.
There are 2 types of pills:
The first set of pills, which are called 'Enzolium' pills, are used to hypnotize a person's mindset to however they please.
The second set of pills are used to enhance quirks. These are called 'Verenhal' capsules.
