"that means that she sprained her ankle and also means no hockey for three weeks."
i feel like all of us had the same reaction.
i could see connie was really upset and i felt terrible for her. she was so excited for this game .
"well since connie won't be able to play does anyone have a friend that could possibly fill in for her?" coach asks .

"ohhhh tommy boyyyy." i yell through the door . tom opens the door with a smile on his face.
"yes dear." he says with a laugh.
"get your skates and your gear, we're going to the rink."
