Don't Fall For Him

Chapter 1

"Hi, Hummel!" Quinn shouted from down the hallway. Kurt sighed. " I told you to stop calling me that! Anyway, what's got you in such a good mood?" Kurt noticed immediately that Quinn was smiling more than usual.

Quinn, Santana and Kurt were considered pretty high status individuals at McKinley; they spread rumours, rumours were spread about them, but everyone knew never to confront them to their faces. They'd known each other since they were 5, so they pretty much knew everything about each other, including how each of them were pretty stupid sometimes.

"Oh, it's just that Sam and I got back together!" Quinn smiled. "It was only a matter of time." Kurt replied, knowing his friend had the will power of a snail when it came to the football player.

Quinn and Sam were known for having the most on and off relationship at Mckinley, whilst Santana was dating Brittany, a girl that Kurt only vaguely knew from Glee club. Kurt had never had a boyfriend, as no one at McKinley really caught his eye, but he wasn't complaining too much. It just meant he could avoid some drama; Quinn and Santana did not share the same idea, with both of them having many 'loud' relationships thought out their time at McKinley.

As Quinn went to reply to his snide remark, the school com created a screeching sound, making the already displeased and tired students cringe even more. "Could the following students please report to my office immediately: Rachel Berry, Kurt Hummel, Finn Hudson, Brittany Pierce, Santana Lopez, Quinn Fabray, Sam Evans and Artie Abrams. Thank you." A series of groans could be heard from the students who were named, except Rachel, who was already determinedly walking to Principal Figgins' office. That girl could not take a break.

"Principal Figgins, not to be rude, but what exactly are we doing here?" Artie asked the question that was on everyone's minds.

"To answer your question, Mr Abrams, some students from Dalton Academy are going to be here for the next week starting Monday. You are their guides and they will have the exact same timetable as you. I will send a list to you of who you have been assigned to, and you must answer any questions that they ask. And yes, Miss Berry, they can go to Glee Club with you." Rachel's hand slowly lowered. " Also, don't give me any excuses of why you can't do it, as I have a list of all the clubs and events you are attending next week, Miss Lopez." Santana sighed and lay back in her chair. " That is all, you are now dismissed."

No one said a word as they left the office. They all walked back to class, with a frown on their faces, except Rachel and Finn, who were viciously making out, essentially eating each other's faces off. Quinn pretended to throw up, getting a giggle from everyone, which quickly turned to silence as Finn glared in their direction.

Quinn and Kurt spent all of English passing notes to each other about the Dalton academy situation. Neither of them were really prepared for the task of meeting new students from some pretentious school who had most definitely caused them lose at least one glee competition. Kurt started off with:

What's their club called? Isn't it like 'The Marbles' or something stupid?

Kurt slipped the note to Quinn, who started to giggle as she read it. She quickly scribbled something down and passed it back to Kurt:

I think you mean the Warblers, but yes they're really good. Also, keep an eye out.

Kurt looked at Quinn with a confused look and wrote down quickly:

Why?

Quinn quietly sighed and started writing what looked to be around a paragraph of nonsense. She slipped the note to Kurt and let him read it:

Cause, it's an all-boys boarding school. There's bound to be at least one single gay guy there. Let's just hope that he gets paired with you and not Big Nose Berry.

Kurt snickered at Quinn's note, earning a glare from the teacher. As he folded up the paper, the bell rang, signalling the end of class and lunch had started. Well, Kurt thought, I may finally have a chance at love. Let's just hope one of them's gay. Or at least cute, so I can crush on them.
