Chapter 5

"Pick up, pick up, pick up!" Kurt muttered to himself as he attempted calling Quinn for the fourth time. He needed her advice on what to wear for his 'meet-up' with Blaine.

After 15 minutes of hearing Quinn's voicemail, Kurt gave up and quickly got changed into his emergency outfit, due to the fact that he only had 30 minutes left to get ready and he still hadn't done his hair yet.

After getting changed and doing his hair, he shouted bye to his dad, jumped into his Navigator before speeding off to Breadstix.

As he walked in, Kurt slowly surveyed around the restaurant, hoping to see Blaine. As he was about to give up hope, he saw the radiant smile of the Blaine Anderson.

"Sup Kurtie! Glad you came!"

"Well, I'm not the type to bail."

"Good, cause I would have looked really weird sitting here by myself if you didn't show up." Kurt chuckled at Blaine's sense of humour. He was really liking his personality so far.

"They asked for drinks, but I didn't know what you liked so I just got you a water. That reminds me, do you wanna play 20 questions?"

"Sure, that's what this dinners for right? Bonding?"

"Yeah!" Blaine responded sounding like a 5 year-old.

For hours and hours they sat there laughing, eating ( they both ordered fettucine alfredo) and asking each  other questions. "Hey, I'll be back in a sec, just gonna go to the bathroom real quick." Blaine said out of the blue.

"Oh okay, I'll be waiting. " Kurt replied with a small laugh. As Kurt waited for Blaine to come back, he noticed a familiar boy, wearing a dalton blazer, walking up to the booth.

"Hey you're Kurt Hummel right? Assigned to Blaine Anderson?" The boy said confidently.

"Yeah, you're Sebastian Smy-" Kurt was cut off by Sebastian's finger over his lip. Kurt just gave him his best 'bitch try me' glare until he moved it away.

"Okay, I've gotta make this quick, you know, before he comes back. Anyway, Try not to get too close to Blaine. He may seem like a fun dude, but, just trust me on this, he will hurt your reputation. I know from experience.
You're THE Kurt Hummel. You can't let him ruin you."

Just as Sebastian finished, Blaine walked back over to the table.

"Hey you guys, what you talking 'bout?" Blaine asked cheerily.

"Oh, just how nice of a school Mckinley is. I best be going. See you later Kurt, and remember what I said." Sebastian said, with emphasis on the last phrase as he stalked out of the restaurant.

"Wait, what did Sebastian say?" Blaine  almost shouted, a sketch of worry now upon his face.

"Oh, it was just to remember to possibly come visit Dalton some time once you go back." Kurt lied.

"Yeah, that would be amazing! It would be really nice to see you agai-"

"OMG LOOK AT THE TIME, IVE GOTTA GO. I'm so sorry Blaine my curfew's in 5 minutes." Kurt shouted as he raced out of the restaurant.

"NO PROBZ, SEE YOU TOMORROW KURTIE!" Blaine shouted, even though Kurt had already left the restaurant.
Although, Kurt did hear the last part.

He was wondering if Kurtie would stick.

But he knew one thing.

He had to find out about Blaine's time at Dalton.
