"I'm sorry, but WHAT DID YOU DO?"

Kurt had invited Santana and Quinn over for a sleepover that dame Friday night, and decided that then was a good time for him to break the news about him and Blaine.

"I sorta kinda asked out Blaine," Kurt muttered, progressively getting quiter as he spoke.

"WHY?" Both Santana and Quinn shouted (and partially screamed) at the same time. Luckily, Burt was in New york on a trip with Carole and Finn was staying the night at Rachel's house.

"BECAUSE! BLAINE ISN'T LIKE EVERY OTHER DUDE AT SCHOOL, WHO THINKS THAT IMMEDIATELY TRYING TO GET INTO MY PANTS ON THE FIRST DATE IS WHAT I WANT IN A GUY! HE LISTENS TO ME WHEN I NEED TO RANT OR WHEN IM WORRIED, OR WHEN IM SAD. He cares about me." Kurt said the last part in a whisper after his giant outburst towards the girls.

Santan soon decided that enough was enough and he needed to find out what Kurt was doing.

"But, isn't he like, really nerdy and unpopular?"

"Yes, that's why we're not telling anyone yet. That reminds me, if you tell anyone, both of you are dead."

They then all resumed their coversation about how Christian from Moulin Rouge deserved better than Satine, which Kurt protested as he believed it was true love, but the girls wouldn't listen.

The night carried on like that until they all fell asleep. Well, at least thet were for a while. Kurt slept a total thirty minutes, due to him worrying about his date with Blaine tomorrow.

Every scenario that he thought of in his head turned out terribly or not the way that Kurt had planned it.

He really tried to get some sleep, as he didn't want Blaine to see him tired as hell and with raccoon eyes.

But no matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't get Blaine out if his head.

The next morning Kurt offered to make breakfast for both girls. They both obviously noticed his obsessive yawning and quiet mutterings on how he 'wished he could get the guy out of his damn head'.

That's when the girls realised that he really was head over heels for Blaine.

"Look, we are going to have a little intervention." Quinn said harshly dropping her spoon in to her bowl.

"What about?" Kurt replied, putting on his fakest grin.

"Oh, just your obsession over the Hobbit supposedly called Blaine." Santana replied snarkily.

Kurt rolled his eyes.

"I do not have an obsession with Blaine!"

Quinn and Santana smirked and exchanged glances before turning back to him.

"Okay, so please tell me why we heard you trying to figure out what you were going to wear for your precious Blainey days-"

"Or why we also knew that you didn't sleep last night, and the only time that you don't sleep is when you have a major crush on someone. Remember Adam?" Quinn added on to Santana's speech.

Ah,

Adam.

Kurt's sophomore year at Mckinley. He wasn't at the top of the social chain yet, but he was still pretty popular. Thanks to the alphabetical seating arrangements in all of his classes, Kurt sat next Adam Harris, captain of the glee club.

Kurt easily befriended Adam because they were both gay and they needed someone to relate to. They started hanging out, and they got pretty close. That's when Kurt started to develop feelings for him.
