Help me//Reddie

~S I X~

Richie's POV-

I wake up and see it's 7:30. I crawl out of bed and take my pills,just like usual.

I have therapy at 8:45 and my mother usually drives me.

I walk downstairs and see her washing dishes.

"Good morning." I say. She turns her head and smiles a little.

"Hi,Richie." She says.

"Last night at the corner store I saw Beverly." She says.

"Cool." I say simply even though I don't care.

"She said that she can tell you're getting better and you seem happier every since you started to hangout with that new kid."

I look up.

"Eddie,right?" She asks. I just nod.

"Why don't you have him over?" She says, "I would like to meet this kid, if he's making you so happy."

"Sure." I say.

"How about to night? He can stay for dinner." She says.

"I guess..." I say.

"I'm going to get dressed." I say

"What about breakfast?" My mother says.

"I'm not hungry." I say and walk up to my room.

I want Eddie over but I don't want my parents saying anything homophobic or Eddie saying anything about him being gay. Not like I have a problem with that,it's just my parents do.

    I go to therapy and it's just like usual. My therapist asks me how my life is at school and home. Then she asks how the pills are affecting me,and then my therapist recommends some other pill and explains why I should start taking them.

"Have you been taking the new pills I've recommended?" She asks.

"Ya." I say simply. She nods and writes something down on her clipboard.

"And what have they been doing?" She asks.

"Nothing." I say. She frowns.

"They haven't?" She responds with a confused look on her face.

"They have done nothing for me." I say again and she scribbles something else down on her clipboard.

After therapy I go home and text Eddie.

Richie:Hey Eds are you free tonight?

Eddie:Yeah why?

Richie:Do you want to hang out?

Eddie:Sure

Richie:Do you mind if Bev comes?

Eddie:No of course she can!

Richie:K come around 6:30

Eddie:Ok:)

Richie:K see you later

I then text Bev the same thing. I would just have Eddie over but I don't want something to happen and then it's awkward.

But,Eddie also wants to know who I like! Damnit. What am I suppose to say!

Eddie's POV-

I ask Richie where is his house and he tells me it's just down the street.

I get my mom insist on driving me even through it's only down the street.
