Chapter 19

Jae Ri tried calling his phone for the thousandth time, again only getting his voicemail.
"Something is wrong..." She said to herself, worriedly. She tried again, this time an unfamiliar voice answered.
"Hello? Are you a relative of Yoon Jihoo?"
"I'm his fiancè, why? Has something happened? Where is he?" Jae Ri replied in a high pitched voice.
"He's been in an accident. He's unconscious in the hospital now, you may want to come quickly." Jae Ri stood silently in shock, before getting the information of which hospital and room before hanging up and calling Jun Pyo.
"Hello? Jae Ri?"
"There's been an accident, I need you to drive me to the hospital right now!!" Jae Ri shouted into the phone hysterically.
"What's happened?! Are you hurt?" Jun Pyo said in a very worried tone.
"It's Jihoo, he's been in an accident, he's already at the hospital." She said through tears.
"I'll be right there!" Jun Pyo said, as she heard a car door slam in the background.

"My name is Sung Min, and I am Yoon Jihoo's doctor."
"I am his fiancé, Oh Jae Ri. How is he, Sung Min-nim?"
"He's still unconscious as of right now, he's suffered some road rash but there seems to be no sign of concussion. We'll know more when he wakes up." Sung Min said, resting a hand on her shoulder.
"Thank you, Sung Min-nim." Jae Ri replied, sinking into a chair at Jihoo's bedside. He was covered in several white bandages, but thankfully nothing looked too serious, although it pained her heart to see him like this.
"..... Jae...Ri? What happened? Why am I in hospital?" Jihoo said slowly, just waking up.
"Jagi! You're awake! You had an accident on your motorbike. I should get the doctor." Jae Ri said, standing.
"Did... did I miss our wedding?" Jihoo asked worriedly.
"Not exactly, it's still the night before. But it's likely we will have to postpone until you are healed." Jae Ri said, grasping his hand.
"In sickness and in health, eh?" Jihoo joked.
"If you're well enough to crack jokes, I believe you're going to be just fine." A male voice said from the doorway.
"Doctor Jang! What are you doing away from the practice?" Jihoo asked.
"I heard you were in hospital, and the other doctors and nurses had it under control so I wanted to make sure everything was all right. Besides, I've got permission from Doctor Min to do your checks. As long as you don't have a concussion, you should be able to go home tonight." He said, smiling.
"Thank you, Doctor Jang." Jae Ri said gratefully.

"Besides the scrapes and bruises, you miraculously seem to be fit as a fiddle. You can go home tonight, and as long as you're feeling up to it you have the green light to get married tomorrow." Doctor Jang said after completing the necessary checks.
"You are certainly invited, my dear friend." Jihoo said, shaking his hand. "Come on Jae Ri, lets get home." He said to his soon to be wife.
