I've never done it before.
I've never been rebellious before.
When I met her, I became mutinous.
I don't have any missions to do right now so I decided to go to the human world.
As I was walking down the sidewalk, I know that all boys and girls I pass by would strip me mentally.
I was just walking around coolly when I saw a brunette sitting straight on a bench while staring at the sky with her hot and cold eyes.
"Eherm." I faked a cough after I sat beside her.
She didn't mind me and just continued staring.
"Eherm." I faked a louder cough.
"If you have something in your throat, better go find a doctor and not seek my attention." She uttered coldly without looking at me.
"Oh yay! You finally talked to me!" I said sarcastically and ecstatically.
"What do you want?" She finally faced me and met my eyes.
Her eyes don't seemed normal. It's as if her eyes are piercing mine and vice versa.
We had like a staring battle for a half a minute until she spoke.
"What? You're just gonna have a staring contest with me?"
"Oh, uhm. Hi. Do you like bread?" I mentally slapped myself for being too awkward.
"No, not really."
"Aw, why? Bread is nice." I protested.
"For you it is. But for me, I don't really like bread."
"Whyyy?"
"It's too plain."
"Oh so you only don't like white bread?"
"Yeah, I guess."
"Nice nice." I said, nodding.
"Do you believe in The Kingdoms?" She suddenly asked after a few minutes.
"What kingdoms?" I asked, even though I know what she was talking about.
"You know, The Fire Kingdom, Ice Kingdom, Water Kingdom, etc.?"
"Ah yes. Yes I do."
"Hm. Some people don't believe that myth."
"Yeah. Do you believe?" It took a while before she answered.
"Yeah."
"Ayo Jennie! Wassup?!" I yelled as I entered and saw her sitting in a table alone while drinking a milkshake and reading a book, not minding the other people glaring at me because of my loudness.
"Are you drunk? Suddenly shouting?" She glared at me as I sat across her with a grin on my face.
"Nawp. Just glad that I saw you again." I grinned and saw the book she's reading. "Whachu readin'?"
"Just a love story related to the myth." She closed her book and placed it on the table, drinking her milkshake while looking at me.
"You're really into that huh?" I leaned back as I stared back.
She shrugged and continued having a staring battle with me.
Jennie suddenly looked away and I also noticed her sweating while drinking her milkshake even though the weather is too cold.
"Don't you feel cold?"
"Yes."
"Then why are you drinking something cold instead of something hot?" She just shrugged.
A few weeks passed and I recently learned something new and felt something new.
She's from one of The Kingdoms.
I'm also too.
I like her.
And she likes me too.
But unfortunately, she's ice and I'm fire.
She started to avoid me when she knew that she had feelings for me to avoid the consequences we'll get.
Me? I didn't care about the consequences.
I want her.
I'm gonna fight for her.
She's worth the fight anyway.
"You're in love with one of the Ice warriors? (Why do I seemed high in writing)" The king of the fire kingdom uttered calmly while sitting on his throne.
"Yes." I replied with the same tone.
"You do know that's forbidden right?"
"Yes, I'm aware with that. But I don't care, I'm gonna fight my love for her." I answered confidently.
"Okay, then. Do what you want, because even if you fight for it, it's still forbidden." He said and dismissed me.
"I love you, Jennie." I said when I approached her, slightly panting because of running.
"I know. I do too. But we both know that we'll be punished." She said coldly, with sadness in her voice.
"I don't care." I closed our space as I kissed her lips.
We were making out for almost a minute when I suddenly felt that she seemed.. Melting.
I opened my eyes and watched as she slowly melted.
"I love you too Lisa."
And she completely melted.
I just stood there while crying flames for almost an hour as I watched how her puddle evaporated.
"I told you so." I heard the king said from behind.
"Fighting for her wouldn't change the fact that there'll be a consequence."
This sucks af i know i know.
