"Uhm, may I help you?" Jennie asked while glancing at the drink and the blonde, who suddenly sat down across her with two chocolate shakes.

"Nope. I just bought this for you." The stranger simply said and took a sip from her shake while staring deeply to the brunette's eyes.

"Uh I don't know you and I never asked you to buy me that."

"I'm Lisa and I bought it for you because I wanted to."

"Why?"

"As I said, because I want to." Lisa leaned back and drank her shake while still staring at Jennie.

Jennie didn't have any choice but to accept it since she got thirsty from reviewing for her board exam non-stop.

"So when's your board exam?" Lisa started. Jennie glanced at her for a brief moment and went back to her book then replied,

"Two months from now."

"Mkay. I'll wish you luck to pass."

"Thanks."

They didn't talk and just continued doing what they're doing in silence. Lisa, drinking her shake while staring at the pretty girl across her who's busy memorizing some shits.

"Do you come here often?"

"Mhm."

"Mkay."

The next day, the same blonde sat across her with two chocolate shakes.

"You again." Jennie uttered as she watched Lisa placed the drink beside her bag.

"Mhm. Get used to it, I'll be doing this everyday." She winked at her, causing Jennie to slightly blush.

"And why?" Lisa just shrugged and started playing with her phone.

Days go on and Jennie always gets a free chocolate shake. What a lucky human.

When Jennie couldn't understand a statement or somethin, Lisa would always be there to teach her.

Jennie was always lonely reviewing in the cafe, not until a girl with blonde hair finally got the courage to buy her a shake.

"My board exam is next week. I'm nervous as fuck." Jennie said and took a sip from her shake.

"Don't be. You'll pass. And if I say, you'll pass, you will pass." Lisa held her hand, that's on the table as she said that. And just like that, Jennie smiled as her nervousness eased.

Once upon a time, there was a blonde who discovered a cafe near her friend's condominium. The first drink she ordered was the chocolate shake and she utterly fell in love with it.

So everyday, she would visit the cafe and order the same chocolate shake then sit on the table on the far corner. She would just drink her shake while watching every human walk outside the window.

Not until, she heard the chimes of the door, indicating that there's a new customer. She usually wouldn't care if customers come. But this time, she turned her head and her eyes landed to a brown-haired girl with cold but pretty cat eyes.

She watched as the girl roamed her eyes around the shop. The girl then went to the counter to order.

It may sound creepy but Lisa's been watching every move she does.

Now, she goes to the cafe to drink her favorite shake and see her favorite girl.

"Will you still come here after your exam?" Lisa asked. Jennie lowered her eyes to the table while drinking her shake.

"I don't know. I've been planning to go visit my family in New Zealand after I take the board exam." Lisa didn't utter anything as she felt sad about the thought of not seeing her in the cafe anymore.

"But you're coming back right?"

"Yeah." Jennie smiled when Lisa smiled adorably.

A year passed and Lisa never got tired of waiting for Jennie to come back.

The past months got a bit hard for her since she got used to being with her at the cafe everyday. And during those months, that's when she realized that she fell in love with Jennie. Lisa's been waiting for the day where Jennie will come back so she could confess and damn, she's excited and nervous as fuck at the same time.

Lisa was staring out the window when she heard the chimes of the door. She turned her head and saw the girl she's been waiting for for a year.

Like in movies, everything became slow motion and Lisa watched as Jennie walks in with those pretty legs. She missed that silky and brown hair. She missed those dumpling-like cheeks. She missed those pretty cat eyes. She missed Jennie Kim.

Jennie went to the counter to order then went to her usual spot.

When Lisa got back into her senses, she stood up and was about to approach her when someone entered and sat beside her. Lisa convinced herself that they're probably just friends not until, she saw the girl cupped Jennie's cheeks and gave her a deep kiss. That's when she realized that they're not friends. And that she should've confessed before Jennie left.

She ran out of the cafe and was thankful enough that Jennie didn't notice her and was just busy with their make-out session. She slammed her car door close and drove off as tears fall from her eyes non stop.

She wished that she didn't go to the cafe.

She wished that Jennie didn't catch her attention.

She wished that she didn't order two chocolate shakes and sit across her.

She wished that she didn't fall in love for her if she's just gonna get hurt.

And among all of her wishes, she wished that Jennie's happy now.
