"do you see those stars?" lisa pointed the stars above them.
"of course."
"count em."
"i cant. theyre infinite."
"exactly. like my love for you." lisa smiled widely when jennie blushed and hid her face on her palms.
"gosh." jennie smiled as she stared at lisa's eyes. lisa checked her watch then stared deeply in jennie's eyes.
"three... two... one... happy new year baby." lisa smiled and slowly leaned in to kiss jennie as the fireworks started firing in the sky.
jennie opened her eyes when she heard the loud fireworks.
'it's new year.'
she realized her eyes are wet so she wiped them off. she dreamed about what happened two years ago again.
"happy new year to me yehey." jennie mumbled and forced to smile while watching the fireworks out her window but failed when her tears started to fall continuously.
it's another year without lisa.
