"wanna have dinner with me again?" lisa asked siomai, her assistant, when he's done locking the clinic. He looked at her with an apologetic look and scratched the back of his head.
"sorry lisa. My girlfriend and I have a dinner date tonight. I'll be coming over her workplace to fetch her. Maybe tomorrow, thanks by the way." He said nicely. They've been really close that they don't have to talk to each other formally. They teased each other for a while then bid their goodbyes.
Lisa sat on the driver's seat and stared in front, spacing out for a while. It's been a month since she saw jennie and pineapple enjoying each other's company in mcdonalds. Lisa didn't bother coming back after that night, and jennie didn't seem to mind since she never contacted lisa since then. Also, siomai became her dinner buddy as well.
Lisa decided to go to the same mcdonalds to have dinner alone. Either of them don't even own the fast food so she can go there whenever she wants.
Lisa pushed the entrance door, her eyes went to their usual table immediately but sadly and gladly, it's vacant. Sad because jennie ain't there alone anymore like usual and glad because she has a table to occupy for her dinner.
"thanks." Lisa gave the cashier a brief smile, took her tray with her order on it then made her way to the table. She sat on her usual chair and stared at the blank space across her, remembering jennie's presence and her adorable smile.
She was staring out the window beside her while eating her chicken nuggets, watching every human walk tiredly, lazily, energetically, and/or normally. Two humans with different sexes suddenly stopped exactly in front of the window, a couple quarreling. Lisa sipped her iced tea as she watched the girl slapped the boy's cheek. Enjoying the show. She spat her iced tea back to the glass when the boy cupped the girl's small face and kissed her gently until they started making out.
"Jesus Christ, right in front of my chicken nuggets?" lisa hissed and sighed in relief when they stopped, realizing someone's been watching them. They left when lisa glared at them.
"hi." Lisa screamed in shock and covered her mouth immediately then mouthed 'sorry' to the people looking at her/them. She looked at the person across her in surprise when everyone finally moved on and went back to their business. "I'm sorry, did I scare you?"
"jeez, obviously??" lisa drank her iced tea til it's half then cleared her throat, being normal again. "so yea, hi."
"hi." Jennie replied, stealing a fry from lisa then pushing it to her mouth.
"did you cry?" lisa asked, being the always concerned human. Jennie forced a smile then nodded. "oh, what happened?"
"I, yea, was actually planning on confessing my feelings to pineapple but.." lisa leaned forward and raised her eyebrows, waiting for her to continue. "but I saw her and donut kissing. They stopped when they noticed my presence. She waved at me while smiling then yaaay she proudly told me that they've been together for more than a week now." Jennie buried her face on her palms, groaning. Lisa oww-ed after, actually cheering inside because she can finally get jennie now, but then she felt bad for her.
"ow. I'm sorry to hear that." Lisa said apologetically. Jennie pouted then looked at lisa directly in the eyes, making her a bit uncomfortable but at the same time turned on with her sexy stare. "whut"
"help me move on."
"so why are we here in your house?" jennie asked as they got in. jennie widened her eyes when she thought of something inappropriate then distanced herself immediately from lisa. "you're not gonna rape me, right?"
"uh no? why?" lisa furrowed her eyebrows in confusion then motioned to her to follow her upstairs. Jennie felt relief and followed her.
"you sure?" jennie uttered as she looked around. She liked her house already.
"yea. Unless you want to?" lisa laughed when jennie hit her arm. Lisa opened her bedroom door and jennie wowed when she saw how big her room is. There's a queen-sized bed, the sheets and pillows were all ash grey. The tv on the wall and mini fridge beside the bed that made jennie think lisa's a lazy ass person. The pink couch on the side that looked so soft and comfy. And more cool stuff but the author's just too tired to mention them all. "first, we must take a shower."
"what the hell?" plenty of sexual scenes came in her mind. Again. 'What is wrong with me?' she thought.
"what, you don't take a shower at night? After a long and tiring day?"
"I do but why do we have to take a shower together?" lisa pfted, making jennie frown.
"I didn't mean we must take a shower TOGETHER." Jennie ohhed and blushed furiously then took her pajamas and underwear quickly. Lisa moved aside and stretched her arm, showing her the way to the bathroom.
"I thought we're going to sleep?" jennie said like an adorable little baby while sitting on the bed. Lisa simply said nope and took two containers of ice cream. "YAAAAY ICE CREEEAAM!"
"and now.." lisa sat beside jennie and pressed play on the remote. The movie started and jennie waited while eating her ice cream messily but cutely.
"wait, we're watching a marvel movie??" jennie looked at lisa in shock and lisa nodded then shushed her. "but why??"
"this'll help you move on, baby girl. Trust me. Now focus on the movie."
"NOOOOO!" lisa shut her eyes because of jennie's loud but adorable voice. She opened her eyes when she finally recovered and looked at jennie, surprised when she saw jennie crying.
"wow." Lisa laughed silently then pulled jennie closer so she's hugging her. Jennie leaned on lisa, sobbing, as she watched pepper kiss iron man's cheek.
"noooo." Jennie buried her face on lisa's chest and cried harder when iron man really died. Lisa bit her lip to prevent laughing as she patted jennie's back.
It's the seventh day of jennie moving on and thanks to lisa, jennie is almost moved on from pineapple and is now a marvel fan. Yes, they've been watching all marvel movies in order for the whole week. Lisa's such a genius. Like the author. kidding.
"why did iron man have to do that? Why not captain marvel?" jennie kept complaining to lisa when the movie ended and they're now preparing to sleep. "why lisa? Whyyyy?"
"jennie, it's over, okay? He's dead. Everything's okay now. Accept it, baby girl." Jennie pouted as tears started forming around her eyes again. "no, no, don't cry."
"thank you, lisa." Jennie mumbled while hugging her tightly. Lisa hugged her back and whispered good night until they drifted to sleep.
"are you sure you're ready?" lisa asked jennie. Jennie looked at her, wearing her adorable gummy smile.
"I am, lisa. Plus, you're here with me." Jennie assured her. They stared at each other's soul until someone said hi to them. They looked up and jennie smiled widely, glad that she felt nothing but relief when she saw pineapple and donut, her boyfriend.
They ate dinner and everything until they've decided to go home since it's already late.
"I did it!" jennie jumped on lisa for a hug when the couple finally left. Lisa was smiling happily while hugging her back, happy for her.
"last advice for you." Jennie released her a bit, but her arms still around lisa, furrowing her eyebrows in confusion.
"huh?"
"be mine. forever. for extreme happiness." Jennie cracked up a smile then gave her a long kiss.
"okay."
