All of the feelings in Lisa's chest started when she got paired up with Jennie for school projects.

It was like a dream-come-true for Lisa when they became partners not just once. Everyone envies Lisa for being able to hang out with Jennie alone out the campus. As for Jennie, meh. She doesn't give a shit.

It was the first time to have visitors for Lisa. While everyone already went to Jennie's place.

Jennie was Lisa's friend. But Lisa wasn't Jennie's friend.

Lisa smiles a lot to her. But Jennie never smiles to her.

Lisa usually does everything in the projects. While Jennie just sits down while scrolling on social media and later excuses herself to leave because of emergency but the truth is, she leaves to party.

Lisa enjoys every time they're together. While Jennie wishes to leave immediately and be with her girls. Friends or flings.

For Lisa, it's been months. But for Jennie, it's just been three days. Which is true.

Lisa wants to know more about Jennie. But Jennie doesn't fucking care about her.

Lisa thinks they're close already. But Lisa is still not Jennie's friend.

Lisa's starting to like her. Not as a friend but more than that. But Jennie doesn't give a shit to anyone who has feelings for her. It's either she'll play with them or ignore them.

Jennie's usually the reason of Lisa's smile. While Lisa can't even make her smile with all of her efforts.

Lisa feels like her chest is being stabbed rapidly while she holds her tears back. But Jennie just continues making out with someone, as if they're the only humans on the hallway, restroom, or anywhere.

Lisa gets false hope everytime Jennie flirts with her. But for Jennie, it's a normal thing to do.

Lisa hates it when she's actually falling for The Jennie Kim already. She doesn't want to feel more pain. But, who wouldn't even fall for her? Even the creature who's writing this fell for the one and only Jennie Kim.

Lisa was really thankful to be Jennie's partner even though it's just for school works. But Lisa also regrets agreeing to be her partner because the more she spends time with her, the more she falls for her.

Lisa runs home and cries on her pillow when she sees how Jennie flashes her sweet gummy smile and how she kisses Chaeyoung, the most popular and hottest girl in school next to Jennie. She knows she doesn't have the right to be jealous or hurt because they were never dating nor friends in the first place. They just go out the school alone for school works. Nothing else.

She wishes she was Chaeyoung.

She wishes it was her who Jennie smiles to.

She wishes it was her Jennie kisses sweetly to.

She wishes it was her Jennie always waits for.

She wishes it was her Jennie loves.

"You can leave now." Jennie looked up from her phone when she heard Lisa's cold voice.

"What?"

"You can go now. I'll handle everything." Lisa said without taking her eyes off her laptop.

"And you're going to tell them I didn't do any shit?"

"No. I won't, don't worry."

"You should." Jennie stood up and took her stuff then left the house, leaving Lisa alone. Lisa kinda hoped she didn't leave but she thinks this was a good decision.

Lisa doesn't call nor go to Jennie's place anymore which made Jennie kinda wonder. Lisa finished all of the projects quickly without any help. While Jennie, just having fun around.

"Are you sure Miss Kim helped you with these?" The professor asked Lisa when she passed them.

"Yep." She smiled for assurance and her professor seemed to bought it.

"Good. I thought she'd leave all the work to you." Lisa shook her head and left when she got dismissed. She walked out of school with her hands in the pockets of her hoodie then saw Jennie being pinned on the wall with Chaeyoung kissing her like a hungry animal. She walked away faster and shook her tears threatening to fall. It hurt for her seeing Jennie after a few days.

It's been months since the projects. The two never talked again. Lisa would walk to another direction when she sees Jennie owning the floor.

Lisa transferred to another school when the school year ended. She didn't want to hurt because of Jennie anymore.

And Jennie?

She didn't even notice Lisa transferred.

Lisa lowkey hoped Jennie would care.

But no,

Jennie didn't give a shit.
