I've mentioned these before, but I never really went in-depth about them. Stabilization techniques are things you do in a dream (once you're lucid, of course) to keep yourself from waking up as easily.
Rubbing your hands together is the first one. This is the technique I use, since it seems like the most reliable of the three techniques I know.
The second one is to spin around on the spot. I avoid this one because spinning too fast will still make you dizzy, and dizziness will wake you up, as I already stated whilst talking about teleportation in the "What To Do In A Lucid Dream" chapter.
The third one is to shout at the dream for more lucidity. I haven't done this one myself, but my problem with it is that dream commands usually require a certain degree of control, which you may not have if your dream is unstable. I just don't think it'd work for me.
Also, you guys might be getting a chapter about teleportation eventually. I've been working on learning it when I'm lucid, and I feel like I'm close to success. I just need the chance to try it again.
