No, you cannot jump into the dreams of other people. However, you can make dream characters become "lucid". Some people say to ask them existential questions to make them lucid, but I say to just be straight about it. I made my brother lucid in one of my dreams by just straight-up telling him we were in a dream. Sometimes, you don't even have to cause it; they may just simply become lucid (I speak from experience). For example, I had a dream with my cousin in it, and she became lucid before I did. So no, you can't dream jump, but you can make other people lucid within your dream.
