I probably should've talked about this a long time ago. Dream signs are relatively self-explanatory; they're signs to tell you that you may be dreaming. Everyone has different dream signs, so I can't tell you exactly what to look for. My recommendation is to go through your dream journal and see if there's a specific thing that appears frequently (if not always) in your dreams, then do a reality check when you see that thing. It could be a place, a person, or something else. For me, I've made the connection that my middle school has been appearing frequently in my dreams lately, even though I'm in high school. It doesn't make sense for me to be inside my middle school, so I'm trying to keep in mind to do a reality check if I'm there. Usually, the dream sign will be something from your waking life, so you'll want to train yourself to do a reality check whenever you see it (unless you're like me and you don't go near that dream sign anymore). Even if it's not, though, taking notice of it will help your awareness in the future.
