I wake up in the infirmary. I am not sure how long I have been here. The room is dimly lit, but I am not alone. I try to move, to sit up, but my body is heavy and I am unable to life even a finger. A nurse moves to the side of the bed and tells me to lie still. I do as I'm told and watch as she injects an orange liquid into my I.V. bag.
I do not notice any difference in my body, but find my mind fogs up and it becomes harder to stay focused. The nurse is talking to me, but I do not understand what she is saying. She leaves shortly after and the lights dim some more. I lie awake for what seems like hours before it is too difficult to keep my eyes open.
