4 years later

Lances POV 

Nico toddled into the control, running at me and Keith with a huge smile on his face, and his arms outstretched.

"Dada! Papi!" He squealed excitedly as I scooped him up into my arms and booped him lightly on the nose which made him giggle and squirm. Keith smiled warmly at our son, leaning over my shoulder to ruffle his hair.

"Are you ready to live on Earth and visit Abuela?" I asked, smiling as his face lit up. We had visited mi familia before and had left him with my mom when we had particularly dangerous missions, but now that the war was over, we were gonna go home and stay with my family for a month or two until we had to leaving again to help the various places that still hadn't recovered fully from the war. We had lived on the Castle of Lions for so long, almost 6 years that it was basically our home, and it's been Nico's entire life, non of us really wanted to say good bye to it, so we all agreed, except for Shiro who was retiring and giving his position as Paladin of the Black lion to Keith permanently, that we would continue as defers of the Universe, even though we would no longer be fighting a full on galactic war, our services would still be needed.

"Ucle Hunk helped me make herw cookies" he beamed, holding out a plate of messily decorated cookies.

"I see that" i smiled, wiping a bit of icing off his cheek, a looking up at a flour covered Hunk who was smiling sheepishly.

"Im... im gonna go pack the last of my stuff" Hunk said before running back out of the door. I looked back down at Nico who had gone suspiciously quiet, he had a worried expression on his face and looked quite troubled.

"Is something wrong Neeks" Keith asked, taking the plate of cookies from his hand and placing it on his control room seat.

"Im weally happy to wive with Abuela but if we wive with her then i wont get to see Auntie 'llura or Ucle Cowan, or Nana" he said, his voice shakey, with tears in his eyes. I sighed, rubbing his back calmingly.

"Dont worry honey, Auntie Allura and Uncle Coran are gonna stay on Earth with us, and we will soon be back up in space in no time." I said soothingly, emitting a calming scent.

"Ya and once we're back in space we will get to see Nana all the time" Keith added, rubbing Nico's head. "Dada and Papi will make sure that everything will be ok."

Nico smiled happily, rubbing the tears from his eyes be for hugging me and Keith.

"Paladins, we have touched down at Earth's Galactic Alliance Garrison, you may now leave the ship, or take yourlion to visit or family." Allura's voice cheered over the intercom. Nico's eyes lit up and as he started to bounce up and down in my arms, asking to get down, before running of toward the lions hangar.

"I guess we should follow him" Keith chuckled softly, kissing me on the cheek as he started to make his way toward the door. "Last one there's a rotten plate of food goo" he whispered in my ear before taking off toward the door.

"Hey! No fair, you got a head start!" I laughed, running after my son and mate.

We landed the Red and Black lions in the field behind my home before walking out to great my family. Luis ran up to me first hugging my legs tightly and jumping up and down, telling me about all the lego sets he wanted to show me, before Mamá shoed him away to go play. My mom hugged both me and Keith before Nico ran up to her, beaming as he gave her the plate of cookies he had made. She smiled, saying that they looked delicious and kissing him on the forehead before taking our bags inside so that we could talk with the family more. Veronica, my sister, and Sophie, her mate, walked up to us next smiling warmly.

"Wheres Leo" i asked, noticing that their 4 year old son wasnt anywhere to be seen.

"Oh, hes upstairs trying to figure out what toy he wants to show Nico" Veronica laughed and i laughed too. Keith and i talked with Veronica and Sophie about what it was like raising pups and what was happening on Earth vs in space, until Papá drove up with Marco. Every one was really exited to see us and everybody talked, laughed and played until it was time for dinner.

After dinner everybody had decided to go down to the beach, each doing their own thing. Keith and i leaned against each other, watching as Nico played with Leo in the shallow surf as the sun set. I sighed deeply, sitting up and turning to face Keith.

"Hey, Keith" i said, calmly and quietly.

"Ya," he said, turning to face me as well.

"Im pregnant again"
