Chapter 22

JESS:

I'm sorry it's been ages but I'm SOO busy now I can't even explain.

I'm a casual retail assistant now, so I work every weekend and sometimes weekdays after school. Last week I worked 7 days this week thankfully it's only two days. When I'm not working I'm busy with school or watching old episodes of Make It Or Break It.

Why am I working so much you ask?

My mum said that if I can save enough money for a ticket(about 2k) I can go to Turkey by myself. And I calculated it and if I work even 6 hours a week minimum by the end of the year I'd have more than enough to go overseas which I'm totally pumped about because I miss Turkey so much.

Anyway so until I'm able to manage my time properly there won't be much uploads. :/

“Sarah, you’re overreacting.” I insisted refusing to the one good thing in my life come to an end.

“Don’t tell me what I’m doing, Elle.”

“What, so you’re going to let all those years of friendship just end in seconds?”

“I guess it wasn’t then Elle, was it?”

“Don’t say that Sarah, you’re like a sister to me! You’re always there when I need you and you always know what I want even before I do.”

“Well I guess it’s one sided then. I’m always here for you but you’re never there for me. When was the last time you came to me when I needed you’re help? I call you and nine times out of ten you don’t even answer me, and even when you do half the time you’re busy and can’t make it. Not to mention the fact that the other reason you never see me is because of your roommate, who by the way I don’t anything about! I’m kept out of the loop for everything that goes on in your life, Elle, and frankly, I’m getting really sick and tired of it. Do you know how many times I’ve been worried about you because you didn’t end up coming over when you swore you would? No, you don’t Elle. You’re selfish, secretive and frankly, a bad friend.”

“Sarah, you don’t know what you’re talking about!” I yelled in frustration, she really didn’t.

Half those times I couldn’t come because of my father, either some A-listed charity event would be on that I had to attend or I would have to fulfill my princess duties. Sometimes I’d even be sent on blind dates or get visits from suitors who I as the heir to the throne had no intention of marrying.
