Sunday... Meek pov- Today was my court day and all I can say is I'm hoping for the best.
Nicki pov- I was dropping Papi off to Fah, of course I had to put our differences aside and let her know what's going on she claims that's she's hoping for the best but I don't trust that bitch not one bit. I was getting ready because Na and Kathy were coming too get me. I really wasn't in the mood today but it doesn't matter, I've never really been through this type of stuff so I don't have clothing for it so I put on some black leather pants with a grey sweater and some tall knee high boots with a channel bag(outfit in mm). After doing my hair I put on slight make-up and as I finished Kathy called saying they were outside, getting in the car ride was quiet other that music playing, once we got there before we got out the car we prayed for the best. Once we got in and court started they brought Meek out and I put my head down not wanting to make eye contact because all I would do is cry, the judge was talking and I was zoned out and not listening all I could think about was my baby not knowing who her daddy is all because of the dumb choices he's made in life. Im guessing court was over because Na, Kathy, Omelly and Pmon were all jumping around happy, I sat there looking confused because I wasn't at all listening "Nicki you didn't hear that?" Pmon asked "No" I said honestly "Meek isn't going to jail he's just on probation and has to visit his probation officer every week for drugs tests meaning he can't smoke anymore weed" Na said. Although it was good news.... great news Meek ass is not off the hook and when we get home his ass is getting it, we went out to eat to celebrate and I wasn't talking to Meek so I didn't notice something was wrong. "What's wrong?" Kathy asked Deen took the fall for me and it ain't no telling how long he looking at" Meek said "And why did he do that?" Na asked "He said he did it for his niece" Meek said, after hearing about what Deen did I felt so bad because I can only imagine how his family is feeling. Once we got home I went to Meeks room still not saying a word to him "I'm sorry" Meek said "Yea I bet, you always sorry" I said "All you do is lie, lie, lie, lie like damn can I even trust you at this point" I said "Yea you can trust me but you can't just expect me to stop doing something cause you want me too" he said "Oh so now it's just cause I want you too huh" I said "Whatever Meek we not even fina argue about it so you can say I'm done with that life style then turn around and do the shit again" I said sitting on the bed taking my shoes off "So you want me too just sit around and be broke?" he asked "No I want yo stupid ass to get a real fucking job that's what I want you to do" I said. He got some clothes and went in the bathroom to take a shower and I changed into some shorts and t-shirt grabbing my phone going too the living room.
Meek pov- After taking a long shower I got out brushing my teeth going in my room seeing Nicki wasn't in there, I heard her talking on the phone from what sounded like the living room. I put my phone on the charger going too the living room seeing Nicki laying on the couch watching t.v. "Did you get the keys to the new house?" I asked "Yep" she said not looking at me.
Nicki pov- Meek came downstairs steady trying to start conversation with me but I wasn't in the mood "You can sleep in the bed I'll sleep down here" he said "I'm good" I said dryly "Wasn't a question" he said. I still sat there watching t.v. and he sat on the other couch quietly watching t.v. as well I looked over at him getting up about to go get in the bed because I was sleepy "goodnight" he said. Once I got in the room it felt weird sleeping in here alone because before all of this me and Meek were doing perfectly fine I was just laying in the dark until I finally fell asleep. I woke up with the urge to pee so I went and used to bathroom and afterwards I went to the kitchen to get me something to drink, peeking into the living room I seen that Meek was sleep I grabbed me a water bottle going back too the room getting back in the bed.
August 27th...... I was now 7 months pregnant, and today I was going to do some last minute baby shower shopping, our baby shower was September 5th which was nine days away . Me and Meek had got past the whole jail situation and we both promised not to ever keep any secrets from each other no matter what. I was on my way to the mall to finish up baby shower shopping and I'll probably end up buying Papi and the baby something. Me and Meek haven't decided on a final name because we were stuck between two which were Rei'Lani Amari Williams, Riley Rei'Lani Williams I liked Riley tje most because her initials would be R.R.W like her daddy's and plus I don't know where the hell Meek got Amari from. Pulling up to the mall I went bought a lot of stuff, more then I had planned while walking through the food court to get me some Panda Express I seen Thembi sitting and her boyfriend Jay was in line ordering food I noticed she had shades on which was confusing because she would always say she hated when people wore shades in public I walking over the her and said "Thembi how are you" she looked up and a sign of relief came over her face "Omg Nicki we have to go" she said getting up leaving her phone and bags on the table grabbing my hand running "Them- I was about to say before being cut off "No questions please just hurry" she said sounding scared once we got to the parking lot I pointed to my car and we speed across the street because I was tired as fuck I unlocked the doors and put my bags in the backseat while Thembi got in the passenger seat. "What's going on?" I asked pulling off she took off her shades looking at me revealing her swollen black eye "This is what's going on" she said "Every time I've tried to leave it'll just get worse, he got me a phone so I couldn't have anybody's number and he made me stay in the house unless I was out with him or his daughter" she said "I would have thought when I seen Candi awhile ago that she would have asked me is everything ok" she said while driving to my house Thembi told me everything that had been going on lately and it mad me sad to know that on of my best friends was going through this and I wanted to say I told you so but I didn't want to hurt her feelings even more "So what are you going to do?" I asked "I'm going to get a job and save up so I can buy a plane ticket to go stay with my mon he doesn't know where she lives" she said "And before you say it I can't come work at the store because he'll come looking for me there but you are not to say that you even seen me that day" she also said "OR I can just pay for your plane ticket" I said "Bu- "No but's Thembi it wasn't a question" I said sternly to let her know I wasn't playing "But can it be after September 5th I want you to come to my baby shower" I said "No Nicki I have to leave asap your baby shower is not more important than my life" she said with an attitude "Well if it wasn't for me offering to pay you wouldn't be leaving asap" I said getting an attitude right back with her "Don't say it like that bitch cause I don't need you" she said which made me hit the brakes hard "Obviously you do BITCH" I said "You know what just take me back to the mall" she said "Nope you can get out and walk though" I said pulling over and she got out slamming my door "BREAK IT YOU BUY IT AND TOO ME IT SEEMS LIKE YOU CAN'T BUY IT BITCH" I yelled through the window speeding off. Once I got home I got all of my bags out the backseat carrying them to the door unlocking it going in, the alarm went off meaning Meek wasn't here. I am so in love with our home all we have to finish furnishing it the baby's room which would happen after the baby shower. At the last minute we had to chose a different home due to paperwork issues we have a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom which is actually perfect for our family. Once I got situated I called Candi to tell her what happened with Thembi after all I was feeling kind of bad about ot but then again she was also in the wrong but it is what it is. I was cleaning up Papis messy room per usual when I heard the doorbell going to the door I looked out the peep hole seeing Fah and Papi which was weird because Papi was staying with her until for the weekend. And did I forget to mention Papi started kindergarten, I opened the door "Is Meek here?" she asked not "No and I'm not sure where he is at the moment, why is Papi ok?" I asked. Even though me and Fah didn't like each other I tried my best to act like everything was good around Papi "No Papi decided he wanted to act up in school today and I had to go get him and he's suspended for 2 days because he smacked another student" she said "The school said they called Meek but he didn't answer so they called me and I been calling Meek but he hasn't answered either" she said "Ok well do you wanna leave him here for his daddy to handle it?" I asked "Yes because we were going to do something fun tomorrow but it's not happening now" she said "I'm about to call him and see if he'll answer and is there anything else I should tell him so Papi won't tell a story" I said "Yes actually let me tell you what happened" she said "Papi do you wanna go in the house?" I asked he shook his head yes walking inside, Fah explained what happened to me then left. I went inside going to my room to get my phone, I called Meek and he didn't answer for me either O called him over and over then his phone started going straight to voicemail. I called Omelly and he didn't answer either but then he called right back "Where the fuck is Meek at?" I asked with an attitude, Omelly was the one who would lie for Meek so I wouldn't be surprised if he did the line went dead meaning he hung up so I decided to pay them a little visit. I knew that they were either at Omelly, or Taks house. "Papi baby put some shoes on" I said walking into his room seeing he was sleep, I put some shoes on him carrying him to my Mercedes-Benz truck which I had gotten recently.
