CHAPTER TWELVE
— ♡ —

two weeks of seungmin and hyunjin being together. it was also two weeks of chan and jisung randomly disappearing from felix's life. it was strange, his two best friends blocked his number. ended his calls and ignored him in the halls.

so for two weeks, he walked to class alone. ate lunch alone and even walked home.

why did he deserve this?

"hey." someone greeted, felix sighed and didn't look to the kid behind him. he feared that it was one of seungmin's minions.

"hey." he then said again.

felix still ignored him.

"hey." his voice was stern, more lower than before. "you wanna be polite and answer?"

"sunwoo!! don't scare him.."

oh. there's two of them. felix thought, turning around there stood two guys. they didn't seem familiar in any way.

"hi." felix greeted shyly, "sorry, I thought you were someone else.."

haknyeon shook his head, "no..we just saw you eating alone here for a while. so you wanna come to our table?"

felix's eyes widened, "u—uh..I don't know. I'm kinda comfortable eating alone, I don't want to disturb you and your friends."

"so he's like younghoon." sunwoo groaned. "look kid, were trying to be nice so you should accept our offer. sit here and talk with dust or have some real humans over there."

felix gulped, did he make the boy mad? or was he always like that?

"don't worry, he's like that." haknyeon said as if he read his mind. "sunwoo isn't being mean, he's just blunt."

sunwoo shrugged, "you coming or what?"

felix got up from the bench and took his tray. "it wouldn't hurt right?"

haknyeon smiled, "that's the spirit! I'm haknyeon by the way, I'm a junior. sunwoo is a sophomore."

"cool."

sitting at the table filled with haknyeon's friends. they all introduced themselves to felix.

"I'm hyunjoon but most people call me hwall."

"chanhee."

"changmin."

"kevin."

"eric."

"well nice to meet you all, I'm felix." he politely told.

kevin giving a surprised expression, he blinked a couple times. "isn't his voice really deep." he whispered to eric in english. the younger nodded in agreement.

"I know, a lot of people tell me that." felix interrupts, laughing at the two.

"h—his voice is like ten times deeper when he speaks english. and he has an accent!" eric gasped.

"sorry for those two. they're weird." chanhee told, rolling his eyes. making changmin giggle.

"no worries, it's cool."

attacking felix with many questions. they got to know the boy a bit better. they learned that he was originally from australia. he likes g-dragon and he can't eat really spicy food. but one question popped up from hwall.

"not to be mean but I'm curious. why have you been sitting alone for the past two weeks." hwall questioned.

felix scratches his neck, "it's kinda a long story."

"we've got plenty of time!" hwall said, looking at the time on his phone.

the aussie gave an awkward smile, "my one friends hyunjin—"

chanhee gave a disgusted look, "sorry, he toys around too much..continue.."

"well, he started dating kim seungmin and a lot of weird stuff has been happening."

hwall and changmin gulped. looking away they avoided eye contact with felix.

"hey changmin hyung, hwall. haven't you—" haknyeon called out, but the two boys froze.

kevin leaned in and gestures felix to lean in as well. the boy whispering in his ear, felix didn't expect to hear such news. "seungmin use to date hwall and changmin. not at the same time! but..it didn't end so well.."

"n—never mind felix..you don't have to continue." hwall quietly told, he continued to then eat.

"can you two me about your relationship with seungmin?"

"I—I'm gonna go to the restroom." changmin excused himself and left. felix supposed it was something serious.

"please." felix pleaded. "I'm scared for hyunjin."

hwall was quiet, he looked felix dead in the eye, "you should be."
