Rhiannon's POV

It was a long day at work today. I wasn't even supposed to work today, either. It's been a really stressful day.

I was exited to come home and greet Lara and Ben, though. They always were great to be around. I was grateful that I lived with them.

I got out of the car, grabbing my purse and running up the stairs to get in the apartment.

I opened the door, prepared to give Ben a great big kiss, but the house was dark. The TV was the only thing that lit up the place, repeating the Star Wars theme over and over again.

I sighed as I put my purse on the table, and then walked into the livingroom, and I smiled at what I saw.

Ben and Lara were fast asleep, laying on the couch together all snuggled up against one another. It gave me a warm feeling inside.

I know, people would think I would be jealous. But I knew they had no intention of doing anything with each other. They just had a crazy strong friendship.

I love Ben to death. And I know that Ben loves me back the same way. We've been dating for years, now. I'm hoping we can get married one day. Maybe have a kid.

I chose to grab the remote and turn off the television, and then turned on the lamp on the side table next to the couch.

Lara was always an awesome person. No matter what she goes through, she always keeps that amazing personality.

I mean, I know she's gone through some crazy shit, but it's pretty amazing how she's still got at least SOME stability in her emotional health.

It was really late when I got home; maybe 9 or 10 at night, and I didn't know if they ate anything. I didn't really want to wake them up because I didn't know how long they've been sleeping. They wouldn't be able to get back in bed.

"Uhm, guys?" I said quietly, poking Lara.

Lara jumped and moved her head so she was facing me, and she smiled up at me.

"Oh, hey." She said, still leaning on Ben, exhausted.

"Do you guys need anything to eat? I'll be glad to make you guys something. Maybe you can sleep in your own beds." I asked quietly, and Lara looked like she hesitated for a second.

"I don't think so. Hey, Ben?" Lara nudged Ben exhaustedly.

Ben snorted, looking up at Lara, then me.

"Hi, babe." He said, yawning.

"Do you need anything to eat?"

He shook his head, already letting his eyes start to droop.

I laugh a little, "Well, I guess I'll see you guys in the morning." I smiled at Lara, and Lara smiled back at me before laying her head back on Ben, falling asleep again.

I walked tiredly to the kitchen and quickly made 2 sandwiches, bringing them to my room and taking large bite out of one.

I closed the door and ate my sandwiches, skimming through social media on my phone until I tell asleep, too.
