"Wake up." A loud voice appears in my dream where my bed is vibrating like it's going through an earthquake. I feel my consciousness raising to the surface as I slowly open my eyes.

I find a wide eyed Blake struggling to move the bed I'm sleeping on. "Dude, what is your problem?" I say with a raspy voice.

He lifts his arms from the bed. "I was trying to wake you."

"By doing what? Throwing me and my bed from the balcony?"

He shrugs. "We need to talk, it's urgent."

I lean my head on the bed frame, trying to make up an excuse to sleep again. "Make me some coffee and I'll think about it."

He chuckles. "Already waiting for you."

I sigh. "What about breakfast?"

"You don't eat right after you've woken up." He crosses his arms. "I'm sorry for waking you up but please, I need girl advice." He pouts, truly sounding desperate.

I remove the warm covers from my body with a scoff. "Couldn't you just ask Ava instead?"

Suddenly his whole face turns red, even his ears, like he's just eaten the hottest
jalapeño. "I can't if it's including her."

What's including her? I'm confused now. "Take my coffee and head outside, I'll be right there." I say.

He follows my instructions and takes a seat on the balcony, I rub my eyes and check if my memory is still present. Once I'm mentally prepared, I join him, immediately embracing my beautiful coffee filled with almond milk. I lean back on the pretty uncomfortable plastic chair that has my thighs glued to it every two seconds- and close my eyes. "I'm listening."

I notice he'd gotten quiet all of a sudden -which is pretty weird for Blake- and decide to redirect my gaze to him. I find Blake leaning his hands on his ears, like he's afraid my yelling might take away his ability to hear. "I made a move on Ava." He blurts out and closes his eyes.

My eyes go wide as I almost spit out my mother's milk I recieved as a baby. "You what?" I gather myself and ask calmly.

"I made a move on Ava." He states.

This surely fits in the top ten things I didn't expect to occur.

I clear my throat. "I meant, what did you do?"

"We were shopping and walking next to each other and I don't know, It just happened."

I try to take a look at his face. "What happened, Blake?"

"It was just a faint kiss on the mouth, nothing more."

My jaw drops "You kissed her."

He removes his hands and finally shows his flushed cheeks "I don't know what I was doing, it was just a moment of... I don't know what."

I click my tongue. "Well, did she reject you? What did she do?"

He shakes his head "She didn't do anything, she just stood there."
