ECHO POV

I opened up the portal so that my soldiers could make it through. When the men went through I like around the wind blowing, the sun shining and the birds chirping the trees. This was probably the last time I'd ever come back. I set down my weapons and kneeled to the ground. I did something I never thought I would do. I prayed for the victory of my war my revolution.

**************************

We were marching towards the kingdom when I felt a immense amount of pain. It felt like I slammed into a wall I fell to the ground. The bones in my body ached and my nose was bleeding. I clutched my side I felt a few loose ribs.

"General! What is it?" my second in command approach.

"It's nothing get back in formation we don't need any problems" I said standing back up. I ignored the pain letting a single tear roll down my cheek.

I was wondering where it came from when Charlie came into mind I left her with that monster. I clenched my fists angry for not bringing her with me. For a second I thought of going back when I caught sight of the kingdom.

I turned to face my supernatural army. I raised the kings crest in one hand and a lighter in the other. It burned igniting a roar all of from them today was the day no one would follow a man of lies.

We came to a halt when in the distance I saw my father and his army. He had the royal guards and kids from the justice academy. Sick bastard brought innocent kids into this. I told my men not to harm the citizens and to capture the kids. My father came to the middle beckoning me to come forth. I walked towards him not breaking my eye contact.

"Are you really not going to back down. Think of all the humans you'll endanger. Just so you can take me down." he spoke smiling to whole time. It took everything I had not to strike him down right there.

"Sorry Richard but I know all your dirty little secrets. The zoid is just a lie to take criminals to the human world. I also know the former prince was assassinated because he didn't agree with your ways." I argued.

"My my your well informed. Where have you got this information? Huh?" he smirked.

"My uncle Derek Clearwater." I said as the smirk disappeared from his face turning into a frown.

Without a word he turned and walked away sword in hand. I let out a audible laugh while I walked towards my men. My father was a proud man he never showed true emotion unless he was overwhelmed.

I pulled out my sword and raised towards the sky. My men followed I screamed with all my strength. That's when the I charged towards them running like a bat out of hell. I clashed and stabbed my way to my father he ran like the coward he was. I ran with inhuman speed picking up on his scent I entered the castle.

CHARLIE POV

I knew I shouldn't have jumped out that window but hey I got away. I was walking throughout the Forrest when I heard a twig snap. I turned to see a huge man he had black hair and different colored eyes like echo but his were green and yellow. I stared at him getting into fighting stance I was in no shape to fight. I broke three ribs and my ankle was messed up badly.

"Charlie Kingdom I've been looking for you" he spoke while approaching me.

I took a few steps back he noticed this and he frowned. "Who are you?" I asked.

"My full name Derek lyle Clearwater"

" Clearwater you are related to Richard Clearwater?" I stepped back again.

"Yes I am but I'm nothing like that cruel monster. I have come for you echo and her father have gone to war against each other"

"what do you mean war I heard of no word of war In the underworld"

"I think you should come with me" he ushered as he opened a portal.

I walked in behind him as we ended up in the underworld. All I saw was a group of men fighting and children being dragged away. While I was watching Derek beckoned me to follow him. When we came to the entrance of the castle I sensed echo. When I looked back Derek was gone I entered the castle and braced myself for a fight to the end.
