Chapter 14

kraven pov- He laid there with his eyes closed fighting with his inner vampire in his head as he waited for her to freak out at what he said before. No matter what happened she was stuck with him until the sun went down.

Tess: " If you were a demon then you wouldn't have made sure I was fine earlier" She said unsure why he asked her that before.

Kraven: " So what if I was a monster"  he asked coldly

He wanted to prove to him self that he was foolish and that she would never love him.

Tess: " You don't seem like a monster to me"

Tess pov- She then remembered when he had bitten her lip before making her bleed and it seemed to turn him on even more. She thought it was a little weird but she didn't say anything and now he is asking her all these odd questions. She barely knew him but he made her feel safe and he didn't look at her as the sick girl. At that moment she realized she didn't care who or what he was.

Tess: " I'm not afraid of you" she watched him.

For once his vampire side was speechless which didn't often happen and after a long moment of silence.

Kraven:  " you should be I'm more dangerous then you know" he paused

Tess: " Nothing you say will run me off" she told him

Kraven: " I wouldn't be to quick to say that" 

Before he let her say another word he opened his eyes and looked at her. She stared into his eyes shocked by their blood red glow. She smiled lightly as she placed a hand on his cheek, she could see the sadness in his eyes.

Tess: " I don't care" she said softly

The human and the Vampire part of him where both shocked seeing she wasn't running away in terror. He grabbed her hand and held it in his as he sat up  so he was facing her.

Kraven: " I'm nothing but a killer " An evil smile spread across his face as he leaned in and whispered in her ear.

Tess: " I know your trying to scare me off" her voice was soft

Kraven: " You should be afraid of me" he rested his forehead against hers

Tess: " Then I guess you can call me crazy" She wrapped her arms around his neck

Kraven: "Why are you crazy darling"

Tess: " I'm falling for a vampire"

He stood up and picked up his boxers and put them on and he picked up her undies and handed them to her a long with his t shirt." you can wear this". She stood up and got dressed, his t shirt was like a dress on her.

Kraven: "Darling I can be cruel and I'm not sure how to love someone "

Tess: " I'm not as fragile as I look" she smiled

She was used to people treating her like she was fragile, it was as if they thought she would break into a thousand pieces if they weren't careful with her.

Kraven: " Darling everyone is fragile in my eyes"
