Lost in darkness

chapter 8

Kraven pov- He stood in the door way taking in the class and then he went to the deck that sat in the front of the room facing the class. As he looked around the room he noticed the students were talking among themselves until he slammed a book on his desk making everyone jump. " Now that I have everyone's attention" he could sense the fear in a few of the students after he had given them a scare. " I'm kraven graves and welcome to English 101" after giving the small introduction to the class he pulled out a stack of papers and begin to walk around the room passing them out. " theses are your assignments that are due on Thursday which your turn in during class" once he passed out the last page he looked at the clock seeing he had finished with his lesson early. " unless you have any questions your free to leave"

It was like he said the magic word within minutes the class was empty besides a girl that was sitting in the back. He watched her for a moment as she was packing up her stuff, he noticed the book she was reading when he was walking around the class earlier.

Kraven: " An anna rice fan". He asked her from his desk.

Tess: " yes mister graves" she said as she stood up after she was done packing her stuff.

He watched her a few more moments as she disappeared out the door and into the hallway. " I think I found the person who wrote that essay I was curious about" he thought to himself as he pulled his bottle out and took another slip letting the blood ease the burn in his throat once more.

Tess pov- She had made it thru her first night of class she let out a small breath as she walked down the hall. The night was still young since mister Graves told the class they could leave early. She walked towards her car noticing the Harley Davidson parked beside her. She stood beside her car looking over the really nice bike wondering who the owner was and she got in her car and pulled out her spot and drove out the parking lot. It was still a warm summer day so she figured she might go for a night swim when she got home. She went inside and changed into a bathing suit and grabbed a towel and made the short walk to the pool.

She hated seeing herself in a bathing suit cause of the fact she was so pale her skin seemed to glow in the moon light. This was the first time at to the pool since she moved here and she had it all to himself. She placed her towel on a patio chair and slowly stuck her toe in the water to see how cool it was and to her surprise it was warm and she jumped in. The water felt so nice that she didn't want to get out so she swam a few laps till it was time for the pool to close. She climbed out the pool and begin drying off and made her way towards her apartment for the night.

Kraven pov- stood from his desk after an hour of  sitting there and he unbuttoned his white shirt and took it off along with his tie and placed them in his bag. He threw his leather jacket back on and made his way out of the empty school. He lit up another cigarette as he walked over to his Harley and hopped on when he was done smoking. He didn't even bother putting the helmet on as speeded out the parking lot and headed towards his apartment. He wanted a simple life so he got an apartment over a house, he drove thru the complex until he was in front of his and he parked beside what seemed to be same car he parked beside at a school. " it can't be" he said to himself as he got off his bike and locked it up before heading inside.
