The forgotten answer

I woke up the next morning to smell fresh blueberry pancakes and bacon.

"Man did I miss that smell." I jumping out of bed.

I got in the shower and got dressed. I put on my white high waisted shorts and a pink crop top. I put my curly brown hair in a side pony tail and a ribbon in to match my shorts and shoes. I went downstairs and saw my mom smiling and singing to the radio. She was singing to "shower" by Becky G.

"Oh my gosh this smells amazing." I said to her grabbing a plate.

"Thanks I miss cooking for you." She said to me smiling.

"Thank you so much mom it was amazing." I told her going upstairs to brush my teeth.

I left the house and played music in my car. For a Tuesday I was really happy.

I got into school and walked to my locker. I had my headphones in so I was listening to my music. I was getting something put of my locker when I turned around and someone slammed it shut.

"What the he-" I was cut off by getting kissed.

It was Matt. I didn't mind sense it was him.

"Hey babe." he said leaning against the lockers.

"Hey baby." I said opening my locker back up.

"What's up." Matt said pulling his phone out.

"Reopening my locker because someone closed it and scared the shit out of me." I said sarcastically.

"Aww poor Taylor." He said squeezing my cheeks.

"I know." I said smiling and kissing him again before walking go class

"Hey kids not in school." The principle said walking past us.

We both laughed and went our separate ways.

When it came lunch time Gracie and I walked together and sat with the boys. It was fun filled with many laughs and happy moments. When lunch got over me Cameron, Gracie, and Carter all walked together. Cam and I had our own conversation and Carter and Gracie did there relationship talk.

Once we got to 5th period Cam and I started talking about hanging out again and when to work on the project. We decided to do it at his apartment tonight.

It was about 15 minutes into class when someone came in and handed the teacher a note.

"Taylor smith your going home." Mr. McCoy said handing me a slip. I got all my stuff and as I was getting up Cameron gave me a weird look.

"Text me later." he said as I put my backpack on.

I walked out the door shaking my head and headed to the office. When I got there I saw my mom.

"Hey mom why are you checking me out?" I asked with a confused look on my face as we walked to her car.

"Because I was thinking and I thought you deserved a day off of school and I didn't have to work today so yeah." she said getting into the car.

"Oh ok." I said smiling.

The rest of the car ride was quite. I texted Cameron when I knew school was over.

"Hey my mom checked me out for no reason." I texted him.

"Oh ok. Well I will see you tonight." he sent back like 20 minutes later.

Matt called me while I was getting all of mine and Cameron's project stuff.

"Hey babe what's wrong?" I asked picking up the phone.
