The talk

I got into to 5th period and sat next to Cameron.

"Hey where were you and Gracie at lunch today?" Cameron asked me.

"Oh we were walking around." I said making my voice really high pitched.

"Your lying." he said poking my stomach and laughing.

"Maybe I am." I said poking him back and laughing.

"So do you wanna hang out after you get done with dance so we can work on the project. Also you are very cool for dancing Taylor Smith." he said winking at me.

Cam was so cool. I could just talk to him all day he makes me happy when I'm mad but I don't like him so he's kinda like a 2nd brother but he doesn't know it.

"Yeah that's fine. I have to teach tonight and I have class so I'll get done about 8 and I'll get home shower and stuff so by that time it will be 9 I hope that's not to late." I told him sighing.

"No it's not just text me when you are ready and I'll come over." he said smiling.

"So what happened between you and Matt. I mean I know it's the whole football game but I didn't know if there was more and I know you probably think I'm gonna tell someone but I won't. You can trust me I promise. Just think of me as your 2nd brother." he said smiling.

"That's really it but he thinks something can be fixed just by telling me something. Like a 'I'm sorry' is it and there's nothing more to it. Yeah feel me. And thanks Cameron that makes me feel better about my actual brother missing my birthday. But please don't tell Matt that." I told him.

"I know what you mean most guys are like that. But I know you and Matt can get through this if you just let him explain after school. Also I'm sorry I don't know what happened to your brother but I'm sorry. And I won't do that." He said smiling.

"I know I'm going to. But nothing happened to him he just got stuck at school in England for finals so yeah. And thanks that means a lot but I think class is about to start so we should probably stop talking before the devil of boredness enters us in hell more than we already are." I said smiling.

"Ahahahahaha ok" he said dying of laughter

5th period could have taken any longer to get over with. But soon enough 6th period. It was our free period so I kinda just sat in the hallway and went on my laptop. I listened to music on my phone when Cam sat down next to me.

"Hey girlie what are you doing?" He asked me pulling my headphone out of my ear.

"Nothing just working on science that makes no sense because it's stupid and confusing and hard and uhh I'm gonna fail this class." I said to him about to cry of anger.

"I'm really good at science I'm in AP science so I can help you if you would like me too and no your not gonna fail. You'll do just fine if you let me help you." He said smiling.

"Ok fine. You can help me Cameron. I would love it because I need it. Gracie used to be my tutor but now with Carter in the picture I don't see that going anywhere but I still love her." I said laughing.

"I know what you mean. But ok I can help you tonight when I come over." he said putting my headphone in his ear.

"Ok. You can sit here I guess and watch me fail at science." I laughed

"I'll help you but can you tell me your password so I can change this song?" he asked me.

"It's 3466 but thanks bruh." I said looking at my phone to see what song he picks.

Cameron was really good at helping me with science so I could see myself improving. Although I mean it would be nice to be able to do this myself but I can't so it's what ever. Once free period got over me and Cam walked to our 7th period. He was telling me some lame science joke that I didn't understand but I kinda laughed along because it was funny the way he described it.
