Ed's POV

Once we reached McDonald's I ordered mine and El's usual. There was no use in denying the fact that I am not over her. It was just not possible. I had feelings for her when I was thirteen and with time as I got to know her they only became stronger.

We had only a three month relationship but I had fallen head over heels for her. I know I sound like a girl but its true. El was the one for whom I wanted to change my habit of changing girls like my clothes. She was the reason why this became my habit. I couldn't get her and well I was a growing hormonal boy. But once I got El to be mine I changed. And that is because she changed me.

El was a gush of fresh air in my life. She was like the smell of early spring. She was as refreshing as the first summer rain and as unique as every star out there on a sky. Hell, if she could hear my thoughts she would've looked at me incredously. i chuckled thinking of her expression. My El was different from all other girls out there. Pleasing her was easy but it took time to plan out because she was different. And I had realized that the day we had breakfast together for the first time.

 

"Shutup lets go eat!" El said while standing up. She had hardly taken a few steps forward when I grasped her hand and pulled her back towards me. She stumbled back and fell on me instead. I saw a blush creep on her cheeks as she finally realized how close we were.

"We will but I need something that is mine first" I said.

I slowly breathed on her face and I felt her heart beat faster. I smiled inwardly thinking of the effect I was able to have on her.

" Wha..at?" She stammered.

" Your first kiss." I said solemnly.

"My first kiss?" She blushed hard.

" Yes. So Elizabeth Jane Anderson may I be honored with your first kiss? May I kiss you?"

"You may"

I smiled at her thinking of how easily she has trusted me and pulled her towards myself. I tightened my arms around her back and saw her flutter her eyes shut. For a while I became still and I looked at her. She had thick long lashes and she had a few freckles on her nose. Up close and without her glasses El was really beautiful. And the fact that she didn't realize it made her all the more beautiful.

I knew for a fact that all the guys on the football team used to check her out and stuff but they chose to stay away from her because she seemed unavailable. And now she definitely is unavailable for all of them because she is mine. I smiled and glanced at her lips. I moved my lips closer to her and kissed the corner of her mouth and said:
