<Tony>
I woke up to a notification from Friday. "Mr Stark, Peter is in danger." I heard her say. I scrambled out of bed and into the living room, where Sam, Steve, and Banner were watching the TV in horror. I turned and saw that Christian was grabbing Peter's hair and repeatedly slamming his face onto the table.
"Oh my God..." I murmured.
Suddenly the man let go, and I saw Peter's forehead and nose was bleeding. Christian walked away and Wade slid into the scene, using a wet washclothe to hold against Peter's nose, and an ice pack to hold on his forehead.
"Shit Peter..." I heard Wade mumble, as he slung Peter's arm over his shoulder and helped the smaller boy up.
Wade brought Peter back to the boys' room and cleaned him up, re-bandaging his face. "Mrs Harrison's stupid boyfriends." Chase muttered.
Soon enough after around twenty minutes, Peter was all patched up. "I need to get to the Stark Internship." He grumbled to the two boys, grabbing his backpack.
"If Tony asks, tell him I beat you up again." Wade ordered Peter, and the teen nodded.
"I think this is enough evidence." I muttered, my fists clenching in anger. That's so disgusting and miserable and horrifying! Why would any human being beat up a child like this?! I thought to myself, my knuckles turning white.
"Yeah, we've got this recording now." Steve agreed. "But let's confront him first before we do anything. We should see if he admits anything."
"We have to show the rest of the Avengers." Sam announced. Banner agreed.
<Peter>
I finally arrived at Avengers Tower, a few minutes late. I was out of breath, since I pedaled pretty fast to get there. The only new injuries I had from this morning was a scrape on my forehead that bad dried blood.
I snatched my ID from the desk lady, and she informed me that Tony was going to meet me on the fifth floor today. I nodded and scanned my pass. "Fifth floor." I ordered Friday, before she could even say anything. I was a little salty about the events this morning, I didn't feel like Friday telling me what level my pass was.
When the elevator doors finally opened, I saw all the Avengers turn and look at me. I bit my lip and stepped out. "What happened this time?" Tony questioned, walking up t me with his arms crossed.
"Uhh... th-that same kid Wade." I explained quickly. I shifted uncomfortably.
"We know you're lying Peter." Steve said, walking up next to Tony as if he was back up. I suddenly felt uneasy, like they were ganging up on me.
"I-I'm not!" I exclaimed, taking a step backwards. Natasha and Banner joined Steve and Tony, and I noticed Clint stood next to them as well.
"Peter, is there something you're not telling us?" Natasha asked, walking up to me. I took another step backwards.
"M-Mr Stark? When are we gonna g-get to work?" I questioned, taking another step backwards and feeling my back hit the wall.
"As soon as you tell us what's wrong." I heard a familiar accent say. I looked past Natasha and saw T'Challa standing with his arms crossed.
"They're hurting you aren't they?" I heard Tony say. Natasha took a step back so I could see Stark, and I saw only concern in his gaze.
My jaw began to tremble, and suddenly I felt sad. That's how parents are supposed to be... they're supposed to be concerned for you. I thought to myself. I felt tears form in my eyes but I blinked them away, not wanting to be a cry baby.
I looked down at my feet and nodded. "Yeah~" I choked out, clenching my jaw and continuing to stare at my feet.
I looked back up and I saw Tony's gaze had softened. Clint walked up and enveloped me in a hug. I wrapped my arms around him in return. Then Steve walked up and wrapped his arms around me and Clint. Then Banner joined, and then Shuri. Soon all the Avengers were in a giant group hug with me in the center.
