Chapter 8 - White Knight and Silver Sky

I took a nap and only 30 minutes left before P.E ends when I felt like I was being watched. I opened my eyes and he was trying to take my glasses out so I dodged his right hand by rolling to my left but he rolled me back again and this time, I swinged my right hand to his neck but he blocked it by holding it. I also swinged my left hand and it was also the same thing. Both of our hands were occupied but by holding his wrists, he was caught off guard by pulling him to the bed and encircled my arms to his neck.

“So you’re the famous Black Shadow.” He said

‘How did he know?’ I thought.

“Nice move!” The other guy said who was sitting on the rolling chair. He has a dark brown hair and eyes, wearing a mischievous smile.

“The only girl, eh? This is so interesting!”

I looked around and didn’t see Mr. Kiyoteru around.

I released the other guy, sat on the bed and fixed my glasses.

“What do you want?” I said it like nothing happened.

Mr. Kiyoteru slid the door and enetered the room.

“They just want to meet you. After all, you should know each other.”

“Well, we know you but maybe you don’t know us. Sorry to be rude. By the way, my name is Kurosaki Mikuo.” He said with a smile.

I looked at the other guy whom I fought earlier.

“Takamaru Kousuke.” He said with he’s expressionless face. ‘He’s like me.’ I thought.

“White Knight and Silver Sky, I supposed.”

“You got it right! Clever indeed.” Mr. Kiyoteru said. “Since they know you’re on the break, they decided to get to know you personally.” He continued.

The school bell rang telling that it is time to go home.

“Ne, ne, since we don’t have anything to do, why don’t we play, like, hang out today?” Mikuo said as he dragged me out of the clinic. Kousuke was walking just behind us.

I didn’t react yet Mikuo misunderstood my answer.

“Okay! We’re going. Kousuke is coming too so don’t worry. Then we’ll eat…” Mikuo continued while walking towards the school gate.

I halted, making Mikuo stopped too.

“I don’t want to. Besides, I forgot something. Go on ahead.” I went back to the building to get my bag.

I left them without saying goodbye. It’s our first meeting yet they act too friendly with me. ‘Especially Mikuo.’ I was sinking in my thoughts when I bumped someone.
