"Jaebum, shut up." Jinyoung fought with himself trying not to hit the boy for saying what he just told him. "Shut the fuck up. You sound so-"

"You said you wouldn't get mad." Jaebum spoke in a monotonous voice.

Jinyoung felt like dying. Like all his efforts on being a good friend and a little flirtatious was worth nothing. Maybe he should have dropped hints or just blurted it out in his semi blunt nature. But it was all too late.

"You fucking- you fucked her!" Jaebum blinked. "And you thought about me? I feel like you're lying. Like you're saying all this just to get back at me and I don't want you too."

Jaebum smiles when Jinyoung began to pout and turn away from him. "As my best and only friend I thought I should tell you. I'm not trying to make you feel like shit but I also don't want to keep secrets. Like you did... when you didn't tell me you were gay."

Jinyoung scoffed. "Why should I? You were so disgusted in the website and you stopped looking at me the same. I figured I couldn't tell you anything."

"You can tell me everything, Jinyoung. You can tell me you missed me, you care about me. You can tell me you love me."

Jinyoung looked up at him with soft eyes. He was obviously slowly caving into Jaebum's good looks like he always did. The man could just look at him and Jinyoung would go weak at the knees.

Although he could tell him everything he knew he couldn't. He couldn't tell him he thought about doing things with him or finally just asking him out. Jinyoung was afraid of rejection. And ever since Jaebum started dating Keuran it felt like a big push away.

"The website should be down soon and the moment it is, the split second, I'm going to dump Keuran. And it'll be you and I under our oak tree like normal. Everything will be normal."

"Will it?" Jinyoung thought. But he nodded anyway. "Can we go to the play now."

"No. I told you I had a special place for us to go. I'll reimburse Youngjae later. I promise." Jaebum held out his hand and Jinyoung's eyes snapped to it like it was poison.

He didn't know if he should go with Jaebum since Matilda is something he's been wanting to see for a while. But he didn't think for long since his hand was locked with Jaebum's in a second.

"When have you ever been here before?" Jinyoung wonders out loud while watching his step. "I think I've been all over the map with you and never have I once been here."

"Then maybe you haven't been all over with me." Jaebum glanced back at him with a small smile. "I found this place one night when I was contemplating on going to talk to you. Changed my mind pretty quickly when the things you would say popped into my head."

Jinyoung shook his head in disbelief. "You know I wouldn't have said anything too harsh. Maybe rough you up a bit."

Jaebum tugged at Jinyoung's hand one more time making the younger look up. His eyes landed right on a tree lit up by lights hanging from it. Jinyoung's eyes widened a he almost tripped over himself.

"Jackson helped me."

The two of them stepped deeper into the park as if something would jump out and attack them any moment. Jaebum didn't know what was here at night since he's only visited during the day. "I declare this our new spot."

"Why? What happen to the one at school? It's easier access. This seems too far away." Jinyoung looked around nervously trying to find any point that was familiar to him.

Jaebum pulled him down on the grass while laughing at how flustered and anxious he was. "Jinyoung. I want you to talk to me. Tell me everything that I've been too stubborn to listen to. I want to make it all up to you and for you to know that I am your best friend. No one else. No matter what anyone says."

"So if someone approaches us thinking we're a couple you won't become some stranger to me again will you?" Jaebum shook his head quickly. "You'll talk to me too instead of completely throwing me away?" He nodded. "You'll... break up with Keuran... as soon as the website is down?"

"The split second."

Jinyoung hesitantly looked at Jaebum's lips but thought against his tempting actions. Instead, he gave Jaebum a hug and muttered out a thank you.

"I can tell you anything, Jaebum?"

"Yes! How many times do I have to say it?"

"I like you, Jaebummy. As more than a friend." The nickname made Jaebum melt once again. Something about it escaping Jinyoung's lips felt different.

He didn't know how to act after hearing this. He knew Jinyoung had these feelings deep down inside. And he kind of knew he felt the same. But he couldn't act on these things. Not while being with Keuran and being stalked by the whole school.

His biggest fear is what would people say about him? Would his friends even like him anymore?

But as he looked into Jinyoung's eyes he started to stop caring about other people and focus just on the two of them. He could tell Jinyoung anything right?

"And I... I feel the same." Jinyoung almost jumped out of his skin as a smile spread across both of their faces. "But we can't tell anyone until this all settles out."

"We can't tell anyone that we like each other?" Jaebum nodded. "Can I tell Youngjae?"

Jaebum grimaced as he thought it over. They were both urgent for an answer. "Yea. You can tell Youngjae. As long as he keeps his mouth shut."

"I know he will."
