*Four-ish months later*
Jaiden's POV
I wake up feeling nauseous, but not knowing if I actually need to throw up. Great.
James- Good morning Jai.
Jaiden- Morning.
James- Morning sickness?
Jaiden- This isn't just in the morning, James. It's all day. This feeling is here all day.
Realizing my tone, I soften up.
Jaiden- Sorry, James. It's just a little frustrating.
James- No, it's ok. Do you want any breakfast?
Jaiden- I have to eat, so yeah.
James- Fruit?
Jaiden- Yeah. Thanks.
James- Of course! Don't forget we have the gender reveal today!
Jaiden- Oh Yeah! Great!
James- I'll be back soon!
Jaiden- Thanks.
James leaves the room, pausing to turn and look at me, before continuing to the kitchen.
Ugh. Almost 5 more months of this crap.
Jaiden- Kid, you better be worth this. I don't want any trouble after your born, okay?!
James pops his head back into the room.
James- Were you talking to me?
Jaiden- No.
James- ...
Jaiden- What?
James- Was... We're you talking to the baby?
Jaiden- Shut up and make food, pretty boy.
James- Why thank you.
Jaiden- ...No, but seriously, go get the food.
James- Kay.
A few minutes later, James walks in with an assortment of berries.
Jaiden- Thank you!
James- Of course!
Jaiden- Do you think it's a boy or girl?
James- I'm happy with either. I'm going to be a father!
Jaiden- I know you'll be happy with either, but I want to know what you think the baby's gender is?
James- I think it's a boy.
Jaiden- I think it's a girl!
James- But, a boy would be great too!
Jaiden- Of course, I just think it's a girl.
James- You're the mother!
I pointed to my stomach.
Jaiden- I noticed.
James- ...Sarcasm noted.
I grab a handful of berries. Ari flies over and picks one out of my hand.
Jaiden- If you wanted one you could have just asked, Ari.
James- Somehow, I don't think that Ari cares. Just a guess though.
Jaiden- Really? Wow. I never knew.
We both laugh.
James- We have a few hours, you can rest...
Jaiden- I should, but I need to work on my animation. I've only posted one since I've gotten pregnant!
