Jungkook's POV

Much to my dismay, everyone's attention was now on me. I didn't mind Rox looking at me, but the stares from her friends was unnerving. Standing against the wall to the left of the door with her arms crossed and one leg braced up against the wall, was a girl with long, wavy, dark green hair and what appeared to be blue eyes so dark they bordered on black. She looked at me with a bored expression, not showing any signs of emotion. Standing in the doorway was Kai, pointing that damned finger at me proudly, almost taking joy in making me uncomfortable. Next to Kai was a guy with silver hair that fell just above his eyes. His eyes were a very dark brown and it was hard to see the brown from a distance. He stood with his arms crossed and an eyebrow arched at me with a curious look on his face. Standing next to him, very close next to him, was a girl with dark golden blonde hair that, big surprise, was long in length. She had bangs brushing the tops of her eyes that happened to each be a different color. Her right eye was a deep brown and the left a bright blue. She stood with her hands clasped in front of her and looked at me with mild interest in her gaze. Rox must have noticed my discomfort as she began rubbing my back gently as if to show support. She then spoke, pointing out each person in turn.

"Jungkook, I'd like to introduce you to Rowan, she is the one with the green hair, Loki, the blonde one and Taehyung, the guy with the silver hair over there." I nodded numbly as she introduced each one.

"Everybody, this is Jungkook, he is the newest hybrid here and hasn't emerged yet. Now Taehyung, how tall are you, would you say?" Taehyung jumped a bit at Rox speaking to him and then looked at her quizzically.

"Um, I'd say about 5'10"ish, why are you asking exactly Roxana?" Roxana blushed at his use of her name, which made me a little annoyed to be honest but I quickly pushed away that feeling.

"Well, the shops don't open up again until Monday and being that it's Friday after hours, he will need some clothes to wear until he can get some, you seem to be about the same height, so could you lend him some of yours?" Taehyung groaned at the prospect of sharing his clothes with a stranger.

"Why didn't you ask like Hobi or someone else? Hobi is the same height as well."

"I asked you because I knew Loki would be with you, so I wouldn't have to search and because you and Jungkook are both broader than Hoseok." Rox blushed more when saying this, as if ashamed to have noticed the broadness of my and Taehyung's shoulders.

"Fine, fine, he can borrow some of my clothes, come along, Jungkook is it? We will have to go to my room to get the clothes."

I stood up slowly and walked to Taehyung cautiously, glancing back at Rox only to find her right behind me, much to my relief. Taehyung didn't look back at all, merely expecting to be followed without any protest. As I followed him out of the infirmary into the now empty halls of Noctem Academy, he spoke without preamble and turned back towards me.

"So Jungkook, what do you think of our little- oh hell no!" I jumped slightly at his words and followed his gaze, looking behind me to see all four of the girls following in a line behind us. Rox was directly behind me, followed by Loki and Kai with Rowan trailing at the end. Rox looked a little spooked, while Loki pinched the bridge of her nose again, Kai was laughing loudly and Rowan appeared just as bored as before. Taehyung then spoke again, annoyance filling his tone.

"There is no way you are all coming to my room, no way in hell." Kai then snorted loudly and sauntered up to Taehyung with Loki eyeing her carefully.

"Well of course we are, clearly Rox isn't leaving Kook's side anytime soon, and we don't leave her, so you're stuck with us Prince Bitch." She smirked at him and the look on his face conveyed the desire to throttle her right here and now. Rox spoke up quietly, trying to diffuse the situation.

"Taehyung do you know if there are any floors with an open dorm right now?" Taehyung dragged his gaze away from Kai and flashed a charming smile at Rox, which again, seemed to annoy me.

"There is actually an empty dorm on my floor, why do you ask?" Rox suddenly looked rather excited, hopping from one foot to the other and fisting her little hands in front of her.

"He needs a dorm still, oooo do you think we could talk to Seokjin and see if we can get him in on your floor? He would at least be familiar with you then, you'd like that wouldn't you Jungkook?" She shifted her excited gaze to me and I felt a small smile playing at my lips at her excited expression. Wanting to keep that happy expression on her face, I nodded in agreement.

"It would be nice to be on a floor with someone I at least know the name of, I'd appreciate it if we could talk to this Seokjin person about if this is a possibility." As I spoke I turned my gaze back to Taehyung who had been watching us with a curious expression on his face.

"I suppose that's fine, you girls all have to be quiet though if you insist on following, you don't want to disturb my whole floor." The girls all nodded obediently and Loki walked up to Taehyung and stood close to him, hands folded in front of her and when we began walking again, she followed like a puppy at his side, with her head down. I found the behavior odd and nudged Rox who had been walking at my side, and pointed at Loki and Taehyung in question. Rox glanced at me and then followed to where I was pointing.

"Loki is in a way kind of like a right hand man to Taehyung, she does whatever he needs though he rarely asks her to do anything so she just mainly accompanies him when he is alone, her or Luca that is, just in case he needs anything. Oh Luca is her twin brother, they are both very loyal to Taehyung for reasons I will let them tell you, and very protective of him." I looked at Loki with her head hanging low and back to Taehyung walking proudly through the halls.

"She looks like his slave," I whispered to Rox. After my whispered comment, Taehyung's back seemed to go rigid but he did not turn around, only distanced himself from Loki who looked up in confusion at the sudden space between them. I wondered absently if he had heard me and how he could from how far ahead of me he was walking. Rox did not say anything back and we fell into a comfortable silence as we walked. I took in my surroundings and noticed that the academy appeared to be in an old castle of sorts, judging from the gothic architecture and large courtyard that was visible from windows we passed. We walked through various corridors and up 7 flights of large stone steps. I periodically had to grab Rox's arm to keep her from tripping up the steps, each time she flushed and promptly brushed me off after a mumbled thank you. I smiled to myself at the cuteness of her actions. Once on the 7th floor we ignored the next flight of stairs ahead of us and the door to our left, turning and entering the door to our right. Before entering the corridor, I took stock of the landing we were on, 4 small fountains in the corners of the room and an old looking chandelier hung from the ceiling, I was still in awe at the beauty of the old castle as we walked into the door. A long hallway extended out ahead of us with 8 doors in total, 4 on each side of the hall. Taehyung led us to the very end of the hall, stopping at the door on the left side of the hallway that had gold feathers painted and etched into it. He turned to us and spoke, "You might as well talk to Jin first, if he does stay here, he can then just put the clothes I borrow him directly into his room that way." He then turned and knocked briskly on the door. After about a minute the doorknob turned and opened to show a man just the slightest bit taller than me. He looked at our group in surprise and gazed questioningly at Taehyung. Taehyung met his eyes a spoke in exasperation, "Jin, we need to talk."
