E'Dawn's POV
I take her to an abandoned warehouse. It has a high enough roof to watch the sun set. Perfect.
It's going to rain soon. I can feel it.
We sit on the edge of the roof, hand in hand. I won't let her go.
" Why are we here? "
" Are you with him? " I look at the street below, my hair covering the pained expression that pushed through my hard exterior once that topic came up so sudden.
" What? "
"Are you with him? " I ask through gritted teeth.
"E'Dawn-"
"Are you with him or not?!" I finally look at her. Her face is a face of shock and it disappears as soon as it appears.
"Are you with her?" her voice is sour, her face is angered.
Is it what I think it is? Did I make her jealous? Why else would she be mad? Ha ha!
"Why would I want her when I already know who I want?"
Her expression saddens. "Who-"
"Answer my question. Are you with him? "
"No."
My face softens and I let out a breath of relief.
A droplet of water falls onto her cheek- my senses were right- causing me to wipe it from her face.
I stare into her eyes and cup her jaw with my hand.
"Just kiss me. " She breathes out.
