Hey guys. Long time no see. Sorry for the slow update. I've just not had much time or motivation to write as I've been so busy. I've also not known how to write this chapter so it'll probably be terrible and fairly short but oh well 😂😂 Enjoy.
Y/N's POV
I lay in bed with Patton, my head resting on his shoulder, when I heard my phone go off. Sighing, I lifted my head off of his shoulder to check my messages. To my surprise, it was from Ivy.
Ivy: Hey Y/N! I was wondering if you maybe wanted to spend some time together cause I've been so lonely recently and finally found a friend in you. Oh and could you also see if Vivian wants to come. I want to rekindle our friendship. Thanks ~I
After reading the message, I turned to Patton and kissed his cheek before asking him "Hey cookie. Do you mind if I go and spend some time with Ivy and Vivian?"
"Of course I don't mind. You have a life of your own. You don't need to ask" he replied and I kissed his cheek once more.
"Thanks Pat. I appreciate it" quickly I replied to Ivy's message.
Y/N: Of course! Let me just ask Vivian. Meet you in your room in a few minutes x
I immediately jumped out of the bed and as I head to the door, Patton stopped me.
"Wait! Just be ready at 6"
"Why?" I asked curiously, turning around.
"It's a suprise"
"Pat, don't tease me" I wined.
"Fine. It's for a date"
My face immediately lit up. "Yay! See you tonight" I ran over and kissed him once more before running out of the door to find Vivian.
Time skip
Vivian, Ivy and I were all sat in a small circle in the middle of Ivy's room. Vivian seemed very uncomfortable being around Ivy despite the fact that she had appologised for past mistakes so I held her hand reassuringly. I trusted Ivy now and knew that she would never do anything to hurt either of us. Vivian however didn't seem so sure.
"So, what do you want to do now?" I asked. We had already played a few games but we were still bored. Vivian shrugged as Ivy, for some reason, smirked.
"What about truth or dare?" Ivy suggested and a wide smile grew on my face.
"That sounds great Ivy! So, who's going first?"
"I will" Ivy volunteered. "Vivian, truth or dare?"
Vivian seemed a bit shocked and almost reluctant to answer but she still did.
"Um...truth I guess"
"Who's your crush?" Ivy asked as Vivian's face changed from pale to bright red.
"I...um...no one"
"Oh come on. I can tell you're lying. We all know you have one. Just tell us" Ivy attempted to persuade her.
"I-I...can't"
"Vivian please tell us. We won't judge you. Besides, we might be able to set you up with whoever it is. Please" I begged her and she let out a deep sigh.
"Please don't get mad at me"
"Why would I get mad?" I asked.
"It's Patton" she mumbled under her breath, just loud enough for me to hear. My smile was plucked from my face and my heart sank. My best friend was in love with my boyfriend and now, she couldn't find happiness in love because I had stolen it from her. Tears brimmed my eyes.
"I have to go" I mumbled and ran out the door. Tears began to run out of my eyes and down my face like a waterfall. As I ran towards my room, the place where I felt safe and the only place I could go to to cry, I bumped into someone, making us both talk over.
"Sorry" I appologised as the person held out there hand to me and gratefully, I took it. "Thank you"
"Of course pumpkin" the person said. I could recognise that voice from anywhere. It was the one person I didn't want to see: Patton.
