Stuck

Brooklyn's POV

So, for pretty much the entire morning I've been hanging out with Chase, and he's really funny, sweet, and kinda cute. But I have to remind myself not to start crushing on him. I don't need to have another person break my heart.

Anyways, we were hotel since I needed to go back there and get my dance bag before heading to the theater. When the elevator doors opened I felt my heart drop again.

Chase cleared his troat and....

"Brooklyn I can explain," Sky said as he walked up with me.

"There's nothing too explain," I said coldy. "I get it you and Tiffany are back together, no need to rub it in my face." Just then the other elevator opened and I walked in. But Sky ran up and held the doors open and said, "Brook, she kissed me!"

"Really? Because you looked like you were enjoying yourself." With that I pressed the doors close button and the doors closed before I fell onto the ground. It seems like every time I see Sky now he's either kissing Tiffany,  trying to talk some sense into me, or both.

All I know is that either way it hurts more than the last.

"You ok Brook?"

"Ben!" I yelled in shock before standing up and whipping my tears. "Please tell me you didn't-"

"Kinda," he cut me off. "What happened now?"

"I saw Sky kissing Tiffany in a elevator as the doors were opeing," I said quietly. Ben then hugged me and I hugged back. 

"I'm sorry this is happening," Ben whispered.

"You don't have to be sorry about anything, this isn't your fault," I replied. Just then the elevator came to a stop.

"What was that?" I asked pulling away from Ben who tried pushing a few buttons before saying, "We're stuck."

"As if this day couldn't get any worse," I grumbled.

"Relax, I'll just call for...and there's no signal."

"Great," I grumbled again. Just then I heard some people walking by. Ben must've heard it too because we both started banging on the door for help.

"Ben?" one voice said.

"Brook?" the other asked

"Josh! Chaz!" we both yelled.

"Are you stuck?" they both asked.

"No, we're in here because we want to be," I snapped.

"Just get us some help you dummies," Ben yelled. From what I couldn't tell Chaz went to get help and Josh stayed by the elevator. Ben and I sat down since it would be awhile before the doors would open.

"Zoey misses you," I said. Might as well talk about something. "And Josh, Julia also says she misses you," I yelled so Josh could hear.

"I miss her too," Ben replied. "Maybe we should talk about something else because you know."

I only nodded. To be honest I don't really feel like talking at all. I laid my head on Ben's shoulder and closed my eyes.

I wasn't sure what I was going to do about this whole break up thing. But one thing was for sure. If Sky was moving on then I had too as well.

But, it's hard moving on from my first real relationship. I felt a tear slid down my cheek. I still remembered when we first met, and boy did I wish that never happened.

Flashback

The show just ended and we were at the after party and honestly I couldn't keep still. Kate told me not to do anything stupid and my reply was "Nick is the one who does stupid stuff, not me. I'm the angel," I then did my innocence baby face when I spotted Nick. So without even thinking I ran over and jumped onto his back
