Fault in our stars

The blasting music stops and now I feel like I have gone deaf. Everyone starts to gather around us as if there's a showdown going here. There is a pinching silence consuming the entire house as we play the game.

"I'm so sorry Anna and Tori I was about to - " I cut Joana in mid sentence and say with schock, "wait! You got selected?!"
"Uh-oh seems like girl friends are about to - " before Eveny could complete her shit, me and Anna shout in sync, "that's so great!"

Friendship is not about competing and winning from each other, in fact, it is about protecting and being happy for one another.
What Joana did was a perfect example of this. She didn't tell us because she thought we would feel bad. As much as I hate the that she felt the need to hide it from us, at the same time I also feel that this is some thing best friends do for each other.

"What were you thinking stupid?!" Anna says scolding her and I continue, "we are obviously so happy for you! At least one of us succeeded. Now you have to win this competition at any freaking cost. You are going to present us there. So buckle up little nerdy"

Joana is an emotional girl. She starts crying the tears of joy and happiness. Everyone starts cheering as Anna, Joana and me do a group hug.
WEG's expressions were priceless! I don't know what kind of world they live in, but this wasn't a topic start a feud between us.

Everyone gets back to the place and the green glass bottle starts spinning.
The bottle stops on Brittney and the front side facing Caleb. Brittney doesn't even bother to ask him if he chooses truth or dare. It's pretty clear to the entire school by this point that Caleb is the daring one. Choosing truth would be insulting his pride.
So Britteny starts with her dare, "you have to kiss someone from this circle..." And the crowd goes all 'ohs' and 'woahs'. But Brittney isn't finished yet, "the catch is, it has to be the opposite gender." Now everyone is quiet and all eyes are at Caleb as if an invisible spotlight is shinning on him.

"Is he going to kiss Brittney?" Kage asks me to which Caleb passes me a wicked smile, because obviously he heard Kage.

How the hell am I supposed to know Kage?

But I simply shrug to answer Kage as I can't talk to a ghost in public like an idiot.

Brittney starts to flick her hair, off her shoulder showing her colar bones in an attempt to seduce Caleb. He stands up, looks around and start walking inside the circle in the northern direction. Cameras are coming out of the pockets and flashes are making Caleb look like a celebrity. As everyone eagerly waits for his move, he walks towards Anna kneels down, and before we know he is kissing Anna.
At first Anna's eyes widen up and looks like she is going to slap him, but eventually her eyes close and she starts kissing him back.
Half of the audience is capturing Anna and Caleb's beautiful moment and the other half is recording Brittney's reaction which is.... "Fine stop! The dare is done. Every one back to their places"
Finally Caleb stands up and goes back to his position leaving Anna stunned and tomato red.

"I told you he likes her" Kage says as if a thank you speech for winning the best couple prediction award.

The bottle starts spinning again and this time, it is me who is targeted. Seems like the stars are not in our favour today. Gloria asks if I choose truth or dare, and honestly I would've gone for dare instead of answering their shitty questions but after seeing what happened to Caleb, I can't take this, with these much of camera's shinning on our faces.
"Truth" I say sitting up straight.
"Think about it, because there is no backing up after we ask." Gloria's warning scares me. But I also have some self respect dude. What can she ask to the extremest? About dad and Mr. McAndrew's friendship? Bring it on in that case.
"Do you talk to yourself, and before you can deny, we have proof." Gloria's words strucks me like a lightning. I've gone dumb founded at this point and have no idea what my reply should be.
I somehow handle my composure and start to open my mouth to deny that as they still don't have any proofs yet, and suddenly Ben looks at Gloria and she gestures him to do what he was supposed to do. He takes his mobile out and shows everyone a video in which I am desperately trying to stitch Kaleb's hand behind the bleachers. Obviously Kage is not visible. Thank god, the video is taken from behind a tree far from us, so it isn't heard what I'm saying, but....

"Yes she does talk to herself" Caleb says in a very loud and clear voice for everyone to hear.

Someone tell me where is the balcony I want to jump.

What do you guys think is Caleb trying to do? Will he expose Tori's truth or something worse?
