Jeremy

"Is she going to be okay?" Jeremy asked the nurse as they brought Tiana to the hospital.

"She’s going to be okay, son. Stop asking every five minutes." The nurse said as she went to go get the doctor.

After Jeremy brought Tiana to the nurse at school they ended up calling the ambulance. When Trey first brought her into the nurse’s office he was told to lay her on the bed. Once doing so, Tiana started to squirm. A few seconds later, she bussed out into a full seizure.

The nurse did all she could while Jeremy worried himself to death. It took about half an hour for the ambulance to come. It took them even longer just to get Tiana to the ambulance.

"Are you next of kin?" the doctor asked as he walked in seeing Jeremy next to Tiana’s bed.

"No, I’ve just been with her since everything happened. I just wanted to make sure she’s okay." Jeremy said as he kept his eyes on Tiana.

"I’m normally not supposed to let anyone but family in here, but I’ll make an exception this time. You seem like you really care about the girl." The doctor said as he made his way to Tiana to check her vitals.

"How you figure that?" Jeremy asked as he sat on the couch in the corner.

"You’ve been sitting in here since they’ve brought her in. I’m guessing you missed some classes too since it’s like 3:45. Plus, you brought her this huge gift here." He said as he finished up what he was doing.

"You’re right about me missing classes, but I just met her this morning. I wanted to make sure she was okay." Jeremy said truthfully.

"Believe whatever you want to believe, son. How many boys these days do you know that would’ve stayed with someone they didn’t know. How many of them would’ve even helped her like you did? It’s something going on here. You just don’t know what it is yet." The doctor said as he left the room, leaving Jeremy with his thoughts.

Tiana

It felt as though Tiana was in a movie. A dream? A movie that turns out to be a dream? You know, like one of those Lifetime Movie Network films. If anybody wanted to re-create her story so far, they could name it Foolish. That’s what she is…foolish.

It wasn’t always like this for Tiana though… cliché, right? Tiana and Tyler have one of those stupid love stories where it starts off all cool then everything just takes a turn for the worse.

To make things a little clearer, Tyler and Tiana met when they were freshmen in high school. He was the new little nerd who no one wanted to be around. He had braces, which weren’t so bad since everybody was getting braces at the time. His hair was in braids. He was usually flooding, but his shoe games was cool.

Being the nice person that Tiana is, she would hang out with Tyler from time to time. Throughout the year, Tyler would do would do little nice things for Tiana. She accepted them thinking he was just thanking her for being his friend and nothing more. The two started dating over the summer.

During that time, Tiana had went through a drastic change as most teenagers do around sophomore year. She changed up her look, her style, she was just a different person. Seeing this, Tyler asked if she could do the same for him. He was getting his braces off and he wanted to come back to school a new person.

Once Tiana was done with Tyler, you couldn’t even tell who he was. She changed his swag, taught him how to have to have swagger, and made him cut off those ugly braids. It was a tough job, but it was one that needed to be done.
