A week had passed and everyone calmed down... relatively, there were still some who wanted to talk to him and be his friends, but mostly they had given up when in the third day of school he kind of snapped, he still felt bad about it, but what else could he do? The attention was even more bad than the time he fell off of the second floor window and got nothing more than a scratch.

Surprisingly Flash had leave him alone, he wasn't exactly nice to him, but he wasn't bad either, it was just a kind of limbo between where he was just distant.

He was doing a history revision test, it wasn't that bad, the only thing he didn't really remembered were the dates of events.

He was almost finished, but his face started to feel red and he started to sweat, suddenly the temperature in the aula was just too hot, unbearable. It would have been okay any other day, but today he had put a rather not so thick shirt under his hoody, it wasn't a problem... or he thought it wasn't. But of course, his luck kicked in and suddenly it was a problem.

"Peter? I thought I was clear enough when I say no electronics during classes, the tech has to be in your locker during my class, more when we're having an exam" the teacher was looking at him disapproving, her tall and thin form standing intimidating over him.

"I- Uh" he cleared his throat "I'm sorry, Mrs. Meny, but all my electronics gadgets are in my locker right now" he tried to a sound cool but he knew what his teacher was talking about, his shirt wasn't thick enough to really stop the reactor's glow.

"And now lying to my face? I thought better of you. Give me the phone" but she didn't know all of the story, it wasn't a phone, and he couldn't exactly give it to her, not if he wanted to keep breathing.

He knew he couldn't refuse it, so he tried to reason with her, very aware of all of his classmates eyes on him "I am really sorry, but I can't"

"Peter Stark, it's an order. I'll have to send you to the principal office and call your parents if you don't cooperate, I wouldn't like to have to send someone to the office in the first week"

His dad would understand if they called him, and he couldn't exactly tell her what it was for, he didn't know if his dad wanted them to know or not, and even if he was okay with it he couldn't do it in a room full of his classmates, it would only bring the attention back to him.

"Sorry, I can't" his face showed that he was sorry.

"Well, then give me the test and get your things, you're going to the principal's office, I'll let him know" he sighed, it wasn't fair, his teacher would let him be if she knew that it kept him alive and breathing.

He did what the teacher told him, exchanging a look with Ned, who was in the other end of the room. He knew Tony wasn't going to be mad, and that was what pissed him, they were going to bother his dad with something that wasn't even a problem, he could be doing important thing and because of him he'll have to come to the school. But Peter knew that his dad wouldn't be bothered by it, and that made him feel, for some reason, even more guilty.

He knocked on the office before entering, assuming that the principal already knew why he was there.

"Hello, Peter" the principal nodded "Your Dad is already coming"

Peter nodded before sitting in one of the chairs in front of the headmaster. He sighed and looked for his Spanish homework so he could spend the time doing something productive.

"I was very surprised when a teacher called me and told me what you, of all people, did" Peter had put the hoodie back one, though it felt like he was burning.
