As Katrina is coming back into her life, she is finding herself actually becoming stronger. She decided she was going to make sure everything she was doing and going to do was done with the utmost importance and happiness. Katrina was determined to show Michael she truly valued him for what he does for her. One Wednesday night when Michael was in the shower, Katrina decided to make the kitchen look romantic. She set up candles and set the table for two. She made two bowls of beef stew. She knew he was going to come into the kitchen at any moment.

When she turned to the stove, Michael walked into the kitchen. He came up behind her and was kissing her on the neck. He said, "baby, you didn't have to go to the trouble." "its no trouble at all. I like doing this for you." She gave him a kiss and they sat down. As they were eating, they talked about their day. Michael said, "I have never experienced so much from a job ever. Today, I really learned what it means to be a doctor." "Being a doctor is a very important job." "You're right and I am glad I have someone as supportive of me as you."

Katrina said, " I will always be here for you. We are supposed to always be there for each other. I am happy to know you and be in our space." Once they finished eating, they cleaned up and went into the living room. Katrina and Michael sat on the couch and watched TV. They started watching the movie, Romeo, and Juliet. It's one of Katrina's favorite movies. While they were watching the movie, Michael said, "I know you love this movie. I know it makes you cry and all. I just want to know why you are distracting yourself?" "what do you mean why am I distracting myself?"

Michael said, "you literally watch this movie for a week straight when you have writer's block. You can't tell me you don't. It's my duty to know these things." Katrina started laughing. She knew he was right. She was having trouble with what to write next. Michael said, "talk to me, sweetie. Let me know what's going on in that awesome brain of yours." Katrina paused the movie and turned to him. She said, "I don't know what to write next." Michael said, "baby, you could write about what you've just been through."

Katrina stopped for a second. She began to think about what he just said. He said, "baby, are you okay?" Katrina said, "yes I'm alright. I was just processing and I think you might be onto something." Michael said, "baby, you're so good at what you do because your stories are something your readers can relate to." "I didn't think that was ever going to happen. I used to just write for myself. Of course it was always my dream to have a library of my own pieces." Michael said, "Its not like it can't still happen." Katrina knew he was right.

After they were done talking, Katrina played the movie. They watched up to the ending. When they were done, Katrina went to her writing room. When she sat at the desk, she slid her journal in front of her. She wrote a quick entry. When she was finished, she got up and went to her bookshelf. She looked at all the different notebooks. She was happy to see she was close to her library, even if it was just the originals. She went back to her desk and turned on her laptop. Katrina opened up a fresh document and began to type. Katrina knew she had to start from the beginning.

As Katrina was telling her story, she began to realize just how much life can teach you. She began to start talking. She let all of her thoughts flow through her fingers. As her fingers were typing, Katrina was smiling. She was thrilled to find a way to release. She began to feel like herself again. She knew with Michael in her corner, she wasn't ever going to stop writing. She knew her life was going to keep challenging her to do more and to seek more than meets the eye.

Around 2 am, Michael, came into the room. He found her asleep on her keyboard. Michael clicked the save button on the computer. He turned the chair and picked Katrina up. He carried her to bed. He tucked her in and kissed her on the forehead. After that, he walked around to his side of the bed. He got in bed and went to sleep. When Michael's alarm went off at 6, he hit the off button. He rolled over and snuggled up with Katrina. When Katrina felt his arm around her, she grabbed on to him and snuggled closer. Katrina felt better with him in the bed.

When Michael finally did get up it was after 10. He was okay about it since he was off. He noticed Katrina wasn't in the bedroom. He thought she might have gone to work. He went to the kitchen. He found her phone still on the counter. Michael called her name. Katrina said, "I'm in the space." Michael laughed and went down the hallway. He stood by the door, and said, "you know you went to sleep in here last night." "I apologize I was up writing. It was getting so good. I was in the zone." "I figured that when I saw you asleep on the keyboard."

They started laughing. Katrina got up from the chair and went to Michael. She gave him a kiss. As soon as she went to walk back to the desk, he held onto her hand. He said, "pecks may work sometimes, but I want a real kiss." Katrina smiled and turned to face him. She leaned up and kissed him with strength and feeling. As they kissed, Katrina moaned into it. Michael was happy to hear it, and he took his hand and cupped her cheek. He kissed her back with want and strong desire. Michael lead them into the room.

They fell back onto the couch. They were making out and getting heated up even more. As they were done having sex, Michael and Katrina went into another kissing frenzy. They kissed a little more and took showers. When they came out, they took a nap wrapped in each other's arms. Katrina loved how much sleep she was always able to get when they had time to make love and be content. When Katrina woke up, she went straight back to her writing space. Michael knew she was never going to stop writing. He was glad she wasn't just going to work and then going straight to bed afterward.

Michael got out his clothes for his night shift. He knew the emergency room was going to be packed. For the past month, the hospital has been overwhelmingly full. Once he was dressed, he went to Katrina's space. He said, "honey, I'm headed to work. I got the long shift." Katrina said, "okay. Be careful on the way there. Keep positive no matter what. I love you." "I will. I love you too." Michael gave her a kiss goodbye and left. Katrina finished up the chapter she was writing. She saved the document and left the room. She went to the kitchen and made herself something to eat.

While she was waiting for the stew to cool, she decided to watch some TV. She went into the living room. She turned on the TV and started watching Grey's Anatomy. Katrina was happy and all of a sudden the microwave beeped. She got up and got her food. She came back and sat down. Katrina ate her food and watched her show. Around 12 am, Katrina decided it was time for bed. She turned off the TV, washed her bowl out. She turned off the lights and went to her room. She put on one of Michael's sweaters and laid down.

When Michael came home at 6, he laid down and went to sleep. When they both woke up, it was after 1 pm. Michael said, "babe, how come you got on the blue sweater?" Katrina said, "I went to sleep in it. I missed you and I felt better with it on. I know it's weird but I was able to go to sleep." Michael climbed into the bed and sat beside her. He said, "it's not weird. I am glad to know you miss me when I'm not here." Katrina said, "I always do. I'm literally able to write my story because of you. You are my inspiration. I need you here." Michael could see the tears coming. He said, don't cry."

Katrina didn't even realize she was crying. She laid her head on his shoulder. Michael said, "I know it's a lot and your emotions are just going. I got you and we can do this." "you're right. It's not that I'm not happy. With writing this story my emotions are all over." "I have heard you say many times how good it can be for when you're writing." "It can. I just wonder if maybe I am the type who gets lost in it." Katrina stopped for a second. Michael said, "what are you thinking?" "I just realized I have been worrying and there is no reason to. Everything has fallen into place."

For the next two hours, Katrina was on her computer. She typed out all of her pain. She made sure she didn't leave anything out. She made sure her characters were like a human. She made sure she even had her current thoughts in the story. She wanted it to sound genuine. When she came out of the room, she went and checked the mail. There was a heavy box sitting by the front door. When she bought it inside, she said, "Michael something came in the mail for you." Michael came out of the room. He saw the box.

He said, "honey, you can open it." Michael had ordered journals with engravings on them. When Katrina opened the box, she saw a stack of hardback books. They all had her name on them. She said, "babe, what are these?" "open them. It's for you." When she opened one of the notebooks, she noticed they were journals. She told Michael to thank you. He said, "I know how you like journals and how you like having your name all over everything. I got them engraved." She said, "you spoil me."
