My Accident (Nanowrimo2018)

Chapter 26

"I have been through a lot in my past. I am glad I have you. I know at the beginning I was skeptical because we hadn't been together in a while. Of course, I had to get back into knowing you. I didn't want to put all my trust in you. I would be stupid if I did. How did I know you weren't going to change into a psycho? How could I do it and then find out later you didn't even love me? That's what can happen and I'm glad I chose to keep my guard up. You can't believe everyone. It even says you can't trust man in the Bible. It took a lot for me to give in. Yet you made it very easy. I love you completely and that's something which will never change. I just want to be the one to make you happy. I don't want to lose you because of something I did or didn't do." "Trust me when I tell you that's not going to happen. I would literally get on my knees and ask the Lord what to do before I let it happen. I got you every step of the way."

"I'm glad to have you. I appreciate everything you do for me. I truly do, and you give me what I don't already have. You know what it takes to keep me happy. We work together on everything we do. We don't argue too much. When we argue it's not even arguing? We have little spats here and there. We talk, and we try to spend as much time as we can with each other. We even give each other enough space to where we can do what we want. You keep me on my toes, just like I do for you. I know I can always improve myself. You just continue to tell me you love me no matter what and it makes me feel wonderful inside. I know those thoughts of feeling butterflies in my stomach was supposed to have disappeared a long time ago. Yet, it truly hasn't, and I am overjoyed by what we have accomplished. We have broken barriers and made it past the craziest of situations."

"I know you don't forget easily. I know we have made it through a whole lot. I got your back. I know there will be times to come when you will hate me. I can accept that. I just want to stay in the space we are. We have been on a great path and I know we can continue just if we continue to communicate. We have gotten better at doing what's right. I know you will continue to do things the way you were taught. I have watched you grow into a wonderful person. I am proud to call you my wife and stand by you. Even when you do win an award for one of your books, I will be there. I will cheer you on and make sure you get the praise you deserve." "That sounds wonderful." After a while Katrina and Michael went to bed. When they got up the next day, they repeated the process. They went through the day with strength and made sure nothing went wrong. They double checked on everything they did.

When they got home, they talked about their day. After that they spent four hours on the game. When they got done, they were worn out. Katrina said, "alright, I'm going to take a shower. Then I'm going to watch a movie. Are you in?" "Of course, I'm in. I'm also ready to take a shower with you. Come on it's going to be total fun." "Oh, I know." They turned off the game and grabbed clothes. By the time Katrina was in the bathroom changing, Michael was right behind her. Once they were in the shower, they washed each other down. Suddenly, Michael started rubbing her back, and Katrina was just letting the water come down on her. Michael wanted to make her moan. He began sucking on her neck. Katrina said, "babe, don't you start something you know will have to be finished." Michael started laughing. "Oh, I intend for it to be that way."

Katrina smiled, and Michael kept going and moved to her shoulder. He had her turn to face him. They began to make out and it was a wrap. They were all over each other. Katrina and Michael made love three times before they took another full shower. When they got done, they dried off and went back in their room. They changed into their clothes and decided on what movie they were going to watch. At the end of them trying to decide, they agreed on watching The Hulk. They began to watch the third season. Katrina was happy they managed to get back into a comfortable position. She loved it when they spent time watching movies together. She liked being able to lay on his chest and sit wrapped in his arms. Michael liked being close to her. He knew it was a safety thing for her and he was okay with it. He knew he couldn't walk away from the life he has. He knows he would miss her too much. He has gotten so attached he didn't want it to disappear.
