Y/n's POV

Today was the day.

I've been with him for years.

And this was the next chapter of our lives. This marked the day our lives would change for the best. He loved me for who I was, and I loved him for who he was. He treated me like a diamond, like I was so fragile to him. This was like how Edward and Bella got married.

Except this is definitely not a Vampire Story.

Jacob was my 5 year boyfriend, but he became my fiancé when he proposed to me by my childhood home. He made sure it was special, romantic, and absolutely perfect.

My parents loved him, telling me on several occasions that they knew he was the one for me.  I loved his sister and parents, they treated me like their own family. His sister treated me like a sister. I felt loved more than I thought i ever could be by anyone else's family.

This was the day, I would be with him forever.

——————-

"I'm almost done..." Jenna, my older sister, trailed off, trying to fix my hair, while Luna did my makeup.

"I'm so scared." I breathed out shakily. They looked at me wide eyes.

"Y/N, there's nothing to be scared about, just say your vows then kiss him, it's not that hard." Loren smiled.

"Ha. Wait till you see little Jacobs and y/n's running around the house--"

"Jenna!" I exclaimed with a blush as she laughed and finished up my hair.

"Alright, how's the boys? Are they ready?" Jenna asked as Mark barges in and sighs.

"Everyone ready? Because the groom and the rest of the boys are." He said. I looked at Jenna for approval. I was scared out of my mind and she knew it. Well, not just scared, more nervous than anything.

"Yeah, she's ready." Jenna smiling softly.

—————-

I held onto the banquet of flowers tightly. Jenna gently squeezed my hand, calming down my nerves. "You look great, y/n. Don't be scared. It's like you walking up on stage, but with your family and his." She smiled. I nodded and smiled back at her.

Hunter and Jenna walked down the isle. Loren and Mark walk after them. The people sitting on the benches watched the couples walk down the aisle, excited smiles on most of their faces.

My father walks over and kisses my hand. He smiled and hugged me tightly. "I trust you with him. I trust him, he's a good man. I love both of you guys."

I felt joy in his words, my heart filled with the feeling of unconditional love and support. "I love you too." I grinned softly as my sisters and brothers walked the isle. My dad hooked our arms together and guided me down the velvet carpet.

Jenna and I's niece through flowers on the ground, getting awes from the people surrounding. I swallowed, looking up and seeing Jacob, my handsome, soon-to-be husband bite his lip and examine my expensive white dress.

I blushed deeply and looked down at the carpet. Looking up again, my gaze met his exquisite hazel eyes. My heart began to race as butterflies swarmed in my stomach.

Once we reached to the two steps of stairs, my dad kissed my hand before replacing it with Jacob's. Once I see his strong hands in mine, I look up to him. He smiled and guided me up the stairs.

The priest cleared his throat and smiled softly.  "Good afternoon, everyone. Today, we gather here to unite these two people in marriage. Marriage, ideally, is a sharing of responsibilities, hopes, and dreams. It takes a special effort to grow together, survive hard times, and be loving and unselfish." The priest started.

Jacob rubbed his thumb across my fingers, which calmed my nerves down.  "Y/N M/N L/N and Rolf Jacob Sartorius, do you pledge to share your love and the joys of your marriage with all those around you, so that they may learn from your love and be encouraged to grow in their own lives?" The priest asked, we made eye contact and smiled.

"We do." Our voices spoke in unison.

"May these rings be blessed as a symbol of your union. As often as  either of you look upon these rings, may you not only be reminded of  this moment, but also of the vows you have made and the strength of  your commitment to each other. Jacob, do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

Jacob grabs the ring from behind him. His smile never faded, causing me to blush. "I do." He slipped the ring on my finger and kissed it softly.

"Now, Y/n, do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

I felt the emotions swarming through my head and heart. My smile only grew wider. "I do." I slipped the ring onto Jacob's finger.

"Go now in peace and live in love, sharing the most precious gifts you have- the gifts of your lives united. And may your days be long on this earth. I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The man clapped, which caused our families and friends to burst out cheering.

Jacob looked at me adoringly, cupping my cheeks before pulling me in for a passionate kiss. Our lips collided, my heart beating faster at the thought of me marrying Jacob Sartorius. I was blessed with the most wonderful man in the world to call my husband.

The cheers around us grew louder, echoing in my ears. We both smiled against each other's lips before we pulled away. I looked at him with a certain type of feeling I just couldn't explain. I was so in love with him. And I knew he felt the same way. I was the most lucky girl in the world.

Mrs. Y/N Sartorius... The words sounded like music to my ears. Now that was a name I certainly wouldn't mind getting used to.

Guys I legit had to google what happens at a wedding because the only ones I've been to were when I was really little and I have no idea what goes on other than the kiss and the vows. I just searched what the priest was supposed to say so sorry if it's not accurate in any way😂
