"Oh, hey, y/n, come in." Jacob's mom says with a smile as she steps to the side and allows you to step into their house.

"Thanks." You say as you stepped into his house. You kicked off your shoes as his mom shut the door.

"Jacob's in his room." She says as she gestures toward the stairs. You guys hadn't revealed that you were dating, but you had been hinting at it. Just being more touchy and sweet around each other and being together more often. You didn't know if his parents noticed his promise ring yet, though, but if they did, you had assumed they would have said something.

You made your way up the stairs. When you got outside of Jacob's door, you were about to knock, but you heard the strum of a guitar. You smiled as you could hear him softly singing as he strummed the chords.

"Yeah, you're my last text, my first love, my day one girl. My heartbeat my whole wide world, yeah. My best friend, perfection, my everything." He sung out the words clearly. You could feel yourself tearing up. How did I get so lucky? You thought. You finally pulled open the door.

Jacob's head shot in your direction as he stopped playing. He was sitting on the edge of his bed. His cheeks started blushing.
"Oh, hey, babe." He chuckled nervously with the guitar still in his lap. You closed the door.
"Jacob, that was amazing." You said.

He blushed and set the guitar on the bed. "I-I wrote it about you." He stuttered with an embarrassed smile. You sat down and hugged him, tearing up with your chin on his shoulder. "I love you so much." You whispered. He wrapped his arms around your waist. "I love you more." He responded.

A tear rolled down your cheek and onto his shoulder. You watched as it soaked into the blue 'Thrasher' shirt he was wearing. He stroked your hair with one hand. You moved your head into his neck, still hugging him. You left a soft kiss of passion. You pulled away from his neck, with your arms still wrapped around each other.

You were face to face with him. His hazel-green eyes stared into yours. Maybe that's why you fell for him that one day. You got butterflies in your stomach. Wait, no forget the butterflies. You got fireworks. You felt that familiar feeling. The first time you ever felt that way about him, when you just wanted to kiss him. It was like magic, or, chemistry...? Actually, you didn't really know. But you loved Jacob in a way you had never loved anyone else in your entire life.

You cupped your hand on his cheek. You put your other hand on the back of his head and pulled him into you. His soft lips collided with yours. They fit together perfectly. He pulled you up into his lap. This kiss was different from most of the others. It wasn't dirty. It was passionate and warm. You could feel the amount of love that this boy had for you. And you felt exactly the same.

He pulled his lips from yours and breathed into the side of your face, looking down. The words of his song replayed in your head. My last text, my first love, my day one girl. You smiled. As if he had read your mind, he started softly singing in an almost whisper. "You're my last text, my first love, my day one girl. My heartbeat, my whole wide world, yeah." As he paused, you let out a breath. "Oh, Jacob." You whispered with a slight giggle in your tone.

You looked up at him and he was already looking intently at you. He pulled you down onto the bed, laying down on his chest. He stroked your hair as he intertwined his fingers with your with his free hand. It was silent for a moment. "I love you, you know that?" He whispered. "And I always have."

You smiled. "Well I love you more." You responded.
He chuckled deeply. "Not possible. Because I love you to the moon and back."

Hi guys, I haven't updated in a while so I'm sorry about that. This was part of a chapter from my book "Mine" that I wrote on this account a long time ago. I deleted the book because I didn't really like it that much, but I just thought this particular chapter was cute haha. Vote and comment for more💗
