"I'm home!"
Jennie enters their dorm after her schedule and short break by the river. She removed her shoes and slipped on her house slippers before getting her luggage with her things and sliding it inside the place. She stopped on her tracks upon seeing everyone engrossed on the television set with popcorns and snacks on the table and their laps.
"Aigoo."

"The movie is towards the ending, unnie."
Chaeyoung said in a hushed tone.
"Wait a minute."
She tapped the space on her right for her to sit down. Jennie obliged.

Jisoo was on the farthest right of the couch while Lisa side hugged her on her left, and Chaeyoung casually sat with her feet above the coffee table. The three were watching Avengers: Infinity War on demand, and the heroes were slowly disappearing after the snap of Thanos.

"Oh no, Spiderman's gonna be gone, too."
Chaeyoung whispered, her voice evident that she's trying to control her tears.

"This is Peter Quill's fault. That bastard."
Jisoo whined. She wasn't aware that she liked Marvel, too.

She patiently waited for the film to be finished until she stood up in front of them, blocking the television set.

"So, can I have your attention now?"

Everyone looked up to her, stopping them from eating their chips and popcorns.

Jisoo shrugged.
"What's up? We still have one movie on queue tonight before going to bed."

"Do you have something to announce, unnie?"
Lisa's eyes wandered on Jennie from head to toe, trying to figure out what was happening.

Chaeyoung's eyes were just anticipating.

"Since you know I want honesty around this house and this friendship, I'm telling you something. And before you say this is something big, know that right now, it isn't. YET. But I'm not closing my doors on it being BIG."

"What are you saying? Speak in human language, Deukie!"
Jisoo demanded. For the first time yet, Jisoo and Lisa set their bowls aside to keep all their attention to Jennie. It looked like what she'll say was that important.

She cleared a space on the center table and sat on it, eyes never leaving the three. She's pretty sure Chae knows what she was about to say, evident with her bright smile.

Jisoo and Lisa were getting impatient. Jennie thought there might be no other way to say this, but just by dropping the bomb then and there.

"I'm meeting Kim Taehyung on Friday."

Her casual way of saying it, and the content itself, was enough to send Lisa and Jisoo motionless, thoughtless, and frozen.

Their eyes were staring blankly at her, as if pleading for more information for their enlightenment. Of course, it was REALLY a bomb for the two. And did she just manage to say that casually?

"Wifey?"
Her eyes now turned to Chaeyoung, whose voice sounded like chirps of a happy bird. Her eyes were smiling, too.
"Do you want to help me get the other snacks?"

She stared back on their oldest and youngest, who's still on their shocked state. She smiled at them, and tapped them on their knees.
"I'll give you time to process that."
She smiled back at Chaeyoung and stood up.
"Let's go."

The two girls giggled while they approach the kitchen. She saw the few sealed chip bags on the table and opened it for her own consumption.

"Hey hey hey! Enlighten me!"
Jisoo finally stood up, while Lisa was looking at her puzzled unnie.
"How can you possibly meet, missy?"

"He said he's trying to figure out now."
She munched on the chips quietly.

"You know how fans hate dating news, right?"
Jisoo ahjumma emerges, and walks towards her with her sidekick Lisa on her back, peeking. The hands of the two were on their hips, trying to look authoritative even when their faces screams we're lost tell us more juseyo.
"E-Dawn sunbae and Hyuna sunbae revealed their relationship and people started hating him. In your case, you'll probably be the one on the sharp edge and be bashed more than him. Sometimes some of their fans can be scary."

"It's just a friendly meeting."

"Is it?"
She asked, doubt is evident.

She nodded.

"But it'll look like it isn't. The two of you, alone? A boy and a girl? The paparazzi can be nasty, Jennie."

"Do you think I shouldn't meet him?"

Jisoo did not know what to say next. While she thinks, she crossed her arms in front of her chest.
"I think you should just be wary of the people around you. If you say it is friendly, then who am I to stop you? I just want you to be safe."

"Thank you, unnie."
She gave a chip on Jisoo's mouth, then another on Lisa.
"So, now that you know, please don't tell this to anyone, even our managers, okay?"

"Your manager oppa doesn't know?"
Jennie shook her head.
"Kim Jennie!"

"I might now be allowed!"

"I'd cover up for you."
Lisa from behind finally managed to speak. She was still in haze with what she had said, though.

"Lalisa!"
Jisoo reprimanded and hit her hand.

Jennie smiled at them. It felt right for her to tell this anyways.

A short silence commenced. Jennie went back to the table to fill bowls with a new set of chips while Chaeyoung continued to extract lemon juice. Jisoo just stood and tried to even her breathing, while Lisa was trying to connect the puzzle pieces in her mind and smiling upon realizing it was real; her ship is really talking to each other.

"That's reasonable Jisoo for you."
The three looked at their oldest member. She smiled wide.
"And now for the other Jisoo, AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!"
She squealed and jumped. Lisa did the same, and now the two are holding each other's hands, bouncing and rotating.

Jennie couldn't help but smile.

The two bombarded her with questions.
"How long have you two been talking? Is it since the IG follow?"
"But Jennie unfollowed him, though. Even us. Her follow list is 0 like Jiyong oppa."
"Then unnie, they probably exchanged numbers?"
Jisoo gasped. "Probably!"
"This probably is the reason why she's always smiling at her phone! It isn't about memes! Bobby oppa didn't influence you to like memes, but to be forward with your feelings!" Lisa gasped. "Bobby oppa is a god."
"What should we do? What's their mixed name again?"
"Taennie!"
"Should we plan the wedding?"

Jennie just stared at them in amusement. Shortly, she felt a hand on her shoulder. It was Chaeyoung's.

"Wifey, if you need help in preparing for your meeting, tell me okay?"

"Thank you, Chae."

"I'm happy for you, wifey."
She winked.
