"Hello," she replies in the same tone as me. My heart is pounding so hard as I study her. I can't believe we're finally here. The truth can finally come out.

I clear my throat, suddenly nervous of her presence. "So nice to see you again." She's finally here, in front of me. We're finally face to face.

She smiles back at me. "Likewise." Laughing slightly, she begins to approach me. I instinctively jump backwards. As soon as I do, I scold myself. I can't be afraid of her now. "Oh, sweetie, I still make you jump. After all this time – haven't you grown up at all?"

"You don't make me jump," I snap back a little too hastily. "You just disgust me. I don't want to be anywhere near you."

She clasps her hands to her chest. "Wow, that really hurts. I have to say, your letters gave me an entirely different impression." She stops in line with the couch and gives me a sideways glance. "Will you stop looking at me like that? It's creepy."

I immediately concede to her, but I have to force myself to stand back upright. I continue to stare. "I've thought about you every single night before I go to sleep. It's the only way I can sleep peacefully, now. By imagining you and imagining you behind bars." I glance down and smile. "I've thought about this moment every day. I planned out every detail. Although, I didn't plan for how amazing it would feel to see you here, in front of me. Doing as I want, since I'm the one with all the power. I am in control of you."

She doesn't argue, she knows I'm right. She simply smiles at me. Her expression seems affectionate – it confuses me. "Oh, sweetie, I'm proud of you. Really, I am. I couldn't have wanted anything more for my little brother."
