SANJANA KUMAR

'There you are,get ready you are going to take the next interview' My boss Mr.Kapoor said to me.

'Okay but whose interview?' I asked.

'You just get ready' He said and went giving me that famous boss look.He sucked.I always wanted to be a journalist, talking to people was what I loved the most. And there I was-The sports(Cricket basically) journalist of Times Now.It had been three months since I got my job and each one of my day has been thrilling.I often wrote articles and did documentaries on this beautiful sport.

'I did not get a chance to interview many cricketers and hopefully today I'll get one' I said to myself.I got ready and called Sam.

Sam was the one who accompanied me through my documentaries(the cameraman). He was a nice and supportive guy.

'Hey Sam,whose coming today?' I aksed deliberately.

'I can't tell you' He answered.

'Oh come on' I said.

'There are some papers on your table which has all the questions in it,just read them and come down' He said.

'Okay' I said and cut the call.

So what was all this? Nobody is telling me about the person whom I am about to interview.

I went down to the studio of our incredible office.I had a cute little office of my own too.I reached the studio and the boss came to me.

'You better pull your ass today.I don't need any mistakes, okay?' He said with immense pressure visible on his face.

'Ya,I will but why is everybody so nervous,is the prime minister coming?' I said totally frustrated as I had no clue about the person.

'There he is' Mr.Kapoor said going towards the person.

I turned back to see and it was the guy whom I have been dreaming about since forever. My eyes wide open and I was awestruck by his presence. It was his usual habbit creating this kind of aura around himself.Yes,he was the superstar-Virat Kohli.Everybody knew I liked him a lot and maybe that was the reason nobody told me.I just looked at him.Meanwhile, the editor came to me.

'You ready' He said shrugging me out of my thoughts.

And then I actually realised that I had to interview this man which is not one of the easiest things to do.

'I guess not' I told him in a not so-satisfying tone.
